Fun fact:  The next chapter (680) is going to mark the 200 Chapter mark for the Thousand Year Blood War Arc, and we are slowly reaching the number of chapters the Arrancar Arc which  was 238 chapters. 

 

 

So a little interesting tid bit what do you guys think of what Hashwalt said about Uruyu's little power showcase to oppose against Yhwach from this chapter?

Alright, now Rukia can come tell him to snap out of it. Then he wins and they have babies together.

 

I swear, they better not do what Naruto did and have it be a 2v1. Ichigo needs to overcome the odds by himself. He can have help, but his best power needs to go toe to toe with Yhwach's best power in the end. That's what One Piece did with Luffy vs Doflamingo recently. He was helped, but in the end, it was a fair 1v1.

I feel sorry for orihime her character is just there to get ruined for rukia and the ichiruki ship. Can kubo develop her with out ruining her for another character?

Take this with a grain of salt, but according to a source from tekking 101, there was a shounen jump page in this week's issue regarding bleach (he talks it at the end of his video), the next chapter, 680 will be titled Deathberry Returns 3

 

 

 

I swear I've heard that title before, but I can't seem to put my finger on it... Anyone wanna help me remember what it means?

I feel sorry for orihime her character is just there to get ruined for rukia and the ichiruki ship. Can kubo develop her with out ruining her for another character?

It is a shame that it started off right but then Ywach and pretty much everyone there wants to be OP as hell, which left her to dust. She got off-paneled for whatever reason. You can say she did her job and it's true, but I feel like it's a bit Kishi-ish: use that character for that one moment and once that's done, end him/her.

Why do you think orihime face palm in the ground mean advantage for ichiruki?

I really doubt it will happen. I mean what would she awaken by stabbing ichigo again for the third time?
I expect the fathers will come to give powerup/pep talk/save the day and after that rukia & friends will come to give him a power up of friendship. And beat ywach.

At this point I really hope for ichigo vs aizen rematch.
