Mother made me takes a nap when I was child and now it's kind of habit. I have read that if you want to sleep soundly in the night, you shouldn't take a nap.

Phew, I'm further But I am stuck at that level. Plus, the application sometimes reset by itself so I have to sync it regularly and diligently everytime I make progress so that I don't lose it.
