As much as you want , in fact in my place its produced quite allot  . My Uncle has a whole field planted with horseradish  . Why you ask though !?  .

Is it because I got bronchitis when I was a child so I get sore throat a lot?

I read how to reduce itchy throat with horseradish. Horsradish (in powder, that what I got after reading) plus honey plus cloves in powder too, add hot water and drink it Am I right?

LOL !!! Honey is what I was going to suggest to you   but mixed in a cup with a bit of Rum (or Rakija in my case  ) It does wonders .  Bc that's how medicine is supposed to taste its always bitter   .
