Ah fair enough. The term 'canon' is thrown around a lot. I guess I should have said it was a 'fanon canon' since that's what it really is based on fans perspective and manga evidence.

Heh, is it just me or is her voice even higher pitched than as a child? Ah well, Nel rocks either way. Loved the fight in the manga, and the anime did a great job of showing it too. Best part was how she simply decked Nnoitra with her fist That and the Double Cero! Man, can't wait to see her release her zapakuto!

I hope you're not comparing them to NaruSaku, and IchiOri to NaruHina, like how I see most people do.
I'm not saying you are, but if so, it's a completely different situation, and the characters are quite different.

Although, I couldn't care less who hooks up, and personally, Ichigo seems like he won't hook up with anyone to me, he doesn't seem interested.

I do love the new opening song though, it's great, I can't wait to get the full version.

And Nel looks awsome, I don't read the manga, but I've been waiting to see her grown up.

Lol no I'm not comparing IchiRuki to NaruSaku. They have completely different themes.

IchiRuki = Tanabata, Sun & Moon, The Memories in the Rain, and Black and White.
NaruSaku = Heaven and Earth.

I loved how she can go from dead serious in battle to an affectionate glomp-monster in seconds. It was so hilarious seeing her just crushing Ichigo in a bear hug while Orihime is trying to get Nel to stop in her own fashion, aka, "Nel-chan, er Nel-san! Stop, Ichigo's passed out!"

I still find Orihime to be adorable with how she strives to be polite with everyone, hence her calling Nel-chan as Nel-san when she changed form.

And I was starting to faintly admire Marechiyo after the last chapter, but he had to gloat at his "victory". There has never come any good from any anime character gloating over a victory and stepping on his downed enemy. Doesn't he read shonen manga at all? Jeezez

Anyway, Soifon is wicked cool. I suspect we're up for another bankai soon, but she might have been toying with the fraccion for lulz even in shikai mode. I'm hoping for a bankai though, but no matter what, we'll get a Soifon-flavoured treat next chapter. I'm looking forward to it!

I have to agree with Vyse. I didn't like Marechiyo's gloating at the end, but he did provide some lulz in this chapter. Also him defending Soi Fon was pretty admirable on his part. I don't know if we'll see Soi Fon's Bankai next chapter. I kind of have this feeling that Yoruichi and her might team up and fight against Halibel (hoping that Kubo can defy Hitsugaya's fangirls >.>). She'll probably just knock out Ggio Vega with her shikai and some cool ninja combo. Showing why exactly she's Captain of the second division. I know Kubo is stretching these fights out as much as he can, but damn its Soi Fon so I could care less! *fanboys*

Yeah I noticed that as well. Maybe his zanpaktou is a direct representation of his own soul. Hard and tough looking on the outside, but soft on the inside. That's why it breaks so easily.

Whats funny about that though is that while IchiRukia isnt comparable to NaruSaku besides a basic antagonistic love, with mutual trust and admiration applied to it.

NaruHina and IchiOrihime do shar multiple similarities. a strong admiration from both females, an blatant either naivete or cluelessness about the others feelings or even presence. and a desire by both females to become stronger because of the man in question.

The only key and major difference is that unlike NaruHina Orhime has actually shown not only romantic feelings towards Ichigo, she has actually dir3ectly expressed them to him. Even if he couldnt hear her at the time. She has stated she would fall in love with him again.

Hinata on the other hand has NEVER EVER shown a single iota of romantic feeling towards Naruto or even remotely expressed any Romantic interest at all. No manga evidence exists of her showing any feelings beyond a deep admiration for him.

Oh and Nels released Zanpakto form?
