So, after my long absense away from the Naruto franchise, I discover after reading this thread that this new 'story' is so laughably bad that it makes me so glad I ditched anything to do Kishimoto.

 

Even more character assassination? And poor, poor Sakura, shes a complete trainwreck of a character now, as well as Naruto turning into a really pathetic character as well by the sounds of it. The plot of this story sounds like something I've seen on Jeremy Kyle, this is hilarious.

 

I have absolutely no care about reading this manga, but after the comments in here I actually laughed out loud at how terrible the Naruto franchise has become, and I say franchise because its nothing more than a grab for cash at this point.

 

Poor Naruto, poor Sakura.

Character assassination and poor artwork. Kishi's work was never spectacular to begin with but the work in Gaiden is horrible. In the latest chapter there is a flashback where Sarada is thinking about Sakura, and Sakura looks so manly it's scary. Kishi turned Sakura into a man and Oro into a woman. Gaiden is a mess on a multitude of levels. I think it illustrates how little Kishi cares about this endeavor.

 

I find some interesting informations and I would like to share it with you :

Conserving the Umbilical Cord :

So I guess long ago before the child got the DNA thing, it was the only material evidence that proves mother and his kid were connecting...


We have two options.

First option :

- That umbilical cord is from Sarada so ..What that precious umbilical cord is doing in Karin's desk ?!
Why Karin should keep and cherish that umbilical cord if she isn't Sarada's mother ?
There's no reason if it belongs to Sakura & Sarada !
It's a precious thing and I sincerely doubt that Sakura offered it to Karin to thank her after that one helped Sakura to give birth.
+ remember there's no photos of Sakura being pregnant.




+ look at her expression, she was serious about this. Karin says : My desk is a PART OF ME.
If she says that it's because there's something very important in that desk.
Something she cherishes a lot, something which is a part of HER = umbilical cord.


Second option :

- That umbilical cord is from Karin (I don't know how she got it but it belongs to her) = Suigestu :


The two options are pointing to Karin.

My opinion is : Sarada is Karin daughter.

You have put forth logic and reason, which is why in the Kishi universe it is WRONG. Kishi will write something exceptionally stupid to make all of this go away.

 

@olayans No you're not crazy, you're just over thinking all of it. Most likely this entire thing about Karin being the mother will lead to nowhere. Unless it really does lead to Karin being the mother meaning she is the one that actually gave birth to her, and this is Kishi's way of destroying SS. Problem is it's destroying Sakura's character even more by doing this. And Sasuke's character and Naruto's and everyone's.

It's just making a bigger mess than it already is.

Kishi doesn't care about Sakura at all, but I'm not sure he'd allow his precious Uchiha be perceived as a douchebag for cheating on her. Kishi doesn't mind if Sasuke tries to kill Sakura or abandons his child, but being considered a cheater may just cross the line.

 

So what I wonder is if NH fans are as outraged at the slash-and-burn of the characters as every other Naruto fan is, or if they simply don't care because they got their ship and that's literally all the story is for them?

The latter, of course. The ends justifies the means.

 

I doubt they care. They will only care if the upcoming events somehow destroys their pairing.

They overlook every attempt Sasuke made on Sakura's life, his abandonment of her and his daughter as well as his 700+ chapters of complete and categorical indifference to Sakura and proclaimed it true love. I can't even imagine what could destroy the pairing in their twisted and demented minds.

First of all I would like to say... start of a new generation my foot! This isn't about the new generation at all, it's all about the same old people who just happened to bring their spawn along! 

 

Now that that's out of the way... I didn't even read the whole chapter that carefully, just two things I would just like to point out. First, Naruto still calls Sakura Sakura-chan! The second, I can't believe Kishi is really going this far. I still refuse to believe he plans to ruin SS in anyway and this whole mother thing is probably still a troll. Even if it is true that Karin is Sarada's mother it will somehow still turn out the best for SS.

OK looks like I didn't read the chapter properly, I had thought that they used Karins DNA to do the test not the unbilicol cord.

 

So basically Kishi is still trolling, we still don't know for certain who the mother is. The chances of Sakura going with Sasuke on the mission and giving birth to Sarada outside the village with Karin being the maternity nurse is still a possibility, She's been prepared to abandon the village for him two times before, so the chances of her not taking no for an answer the third time is possible. her fainting spells could be explained this way as well, travelling whilst prenent was not good for her health and the birth was not in the best circumstances or some crap like that.

 

For all we know Karin have the cord would be written off as a creepy momento of Sasuke, something she'll never have. Or she could be the godmother. And have nothing to do with the traditional reason why the cord would be kept.

What characteristics? So far, we've just seen Bolt acting out because Naruto does not seem to care about him.

Boruto and ?himawasdf? has hair stalk due to the royal hairstylist, Zetsu. He was also responsible for Nardo's spectacular hairstyle.

It's unreasonable for NS to happen just now, if I'd be in his shoes I could try breaking it down painfully slow for everyone; including subtle jabs towards every pairing and what not but, that's not my cup of coffee to both fill and empty.
