I wonder what the turnout for this movie is going to be like. Anyone want to guess if it'll surpass The Last? That would be quite an accomplishment, albeit it seems to be one that's currently out grasp due to the weariness of the audience with Kishi and Pierrot's antics.
Strongly doubt it. It's too much of a extra movie more so than connection. I guess the best you can do is advertise it greatly but it can only get you so far. The Last had a lot going for. The time-skip, the last chapter, last one to revolve with the protagonist himself, had all characters advertised, and tons and tons of advertisement. Here, well I can only think advertisement is one way, especially have Sasuke being in dominant role (again). That can help. I just don't think it will pass The Last.
