Sakura's favorite case doesn't talk about her love for Sasuke: 

 

Sakura used to hold a goodwill/benevolence towards Sasuke during her childhood. Even after he fell into darkness, that feeling of her didn't vanished. 

That falls under favorite ?  :err:  This LOL ridiculous  if it is about a trait of showing her kindness then OK  but under favorite LOL .

I remember the description for that picture in the original chapter it appeared in talked about how people change or something like that.

 

I wonder if that last pages talks about Sakura's changing feelings or something.

Could you tell us about the pages were her relationship with both Naruto and Sasuke is talked about?

 

Someone seemed to say that in the Naruto section it talked about romantic love, but maybe that was a mistranslation.

Right now I don't have time to do a translation, but I quickly took a look at it and nothing talks about romantic love, only that she feels/think about him as someone important/ she has important/careful feelings for him and that she understands him well.

I find it funny how NH's "defining" moment was the chakra transfer hand holding.. yet that didn't even make in onto Naruto's pages. Shows just how important it is.
