Funny, the anti-SS FC was discussing how this was an SS theory I think, that he was secretly trying to get everyone to hate him and die by Naruto's hand (like Itachi). And.. that kind of happened. Except, that's what he thinks a hokage should be, which they shouldn't. Terrible idea, for a Hokage to be that. They shouldn't be hated, or feared.

Also, "you'll be the last sacrifice to my late brother"? Wtf Sasuke?? Is he some god now? Pretty sure Itachi wouldn't want Naruto to be killed, much less for him.

Ok, I get Sasuke point but this time actually, I was like Naruto kind of clash his argument with everything he said to him. I'm all for a Naruto vs Sasuke fight but this time, the set up is like Sasuke look wrong and kind of know it, so he has to kill Naruto, who represent Itachi's will. Plus he is his best friend. So BROMANCE YEAH.

 

Seriously, not has bad as I thought it will be. This version of Sasuke wants what Naruto did at the beginning of the war. Naruto just need to beat him, proving that he can do everything alone. Next week is the beginning of the fight. YEAAAAAAAAAAAAH

From what I read Sasuke seems to be taking the Lelouch model of thinking. create a villain that the world will be too busy hating to hate each other, and be so powerful that no one can do anything about it. So the world will be at peace because no one can touch him, and they'll all hate him too much to hate each other.

 

Wrong headed thinking but Sasukes been about wrong headed thinking since his introduction as a character.

Well you're somewhat right about what I'm saying lol.

 

I just thought about it, and maybe it could have happened yes. What I was trying to say is that we don't know what could have happen because Sasuke always refused others feelings. Also he was obsessed by his goals, he never thought of love, girlfriend or things like that. He was a child forced to think about dark things because of his tragic past. How could he ever think about a girlfriend or love ?

 

I understand a little SasuSaku fans. They must have identified themselves to Sakura, I think most of SasuSaku fans are girls loving a dark and mysterious guy, and they want to be noticed. IMO, SasuSaku fans took things Kishimoto made subtle about Sasuke feelings and they used it to believe in SasuSaku. IMO, Sasuke never ever thought about love and girlfriends. Up until now, I think he has never been in love with anybody (not even Naruto LOL). Sasuke had deeper expectations of life. He wanted revenge. So, maybe if he had been all normal, with his family waiting at home, then maybe he could have loved her. We don't really know. That's why we don't really know what he will do when he will be redeemed. What will be his feelings ?

 

The fact that negative things happened don't make the fact that he could love her in the future impossible. It's still a possibility. But I think even if Sasuke would love her in the future, she would go back to Naruto. I think it's too late for her to love Sasuke. I think she cares more for Naruto.

ok .now i see your point better . we both agree about what could have happened if sasuke was normal .. LOL about sasusaku fans thats might be true . and how could you not to see the great real love of( narusasu)  .  .

 

imo  sasusaku  will not happen in this manga because its too late for sasuke to have romantic feelings for sakura . and even if he did .sakura doesnt like him in a romantic way anymore .because  her feelings for him (which they were not a real love) are gone because of the negative moments for more than  3- years . plus the biggest reason is naruto . and all the positive  moments with him which replaced her feelings for sasuke. even if she isnt aware of them yet. ( . so if kishi made  sasuke to have feelings for sakura(which is so weird and late for this manga). i think he will make him realize that he doesnt deserve her . and how she is a great person and   deserve a better person than him like naruto . and he ll  move on to ino or karin  or even hinata   since he is capable to love now..

 

NS has  positive development  and its the most beautiful .selfless .deep relationship  in this manga . SS/NH need a new manga to = or surpass that . and at that time ill ship them too ..

Well, a rather uneventful chapt. but inevitable nonetheless. A confrontation with this much history and anticipation needs TnJ to validate its meaning and build-up, boring as it may seem.

 

Finally Sasuke is shown to be, somewhat, returning Naruto's feelings - its about time. Can't leave a guy hanging like that man. Still, its all in vain since he believes detachment ought to be the solution to provide his revolution a segue into peace. Pity..

 

Then again. Sasuke's redemption - whatever form it takes - is certain, slowly but surely.

I agree with you. I think if Sasuke happens to have romantic feelings for Sakura in the end, I totally see him push her toward Naruto, or pushing Naruto to declare his love to her. The good Sasuke was pretty aware of Naruto's feelings. He witnessed it all. I also think something along the lines of what Chatte said. Sasuke needs family love above all. I see Sasuke finish with no woman in the manga. Maybe he will be the last (***) Uchiha. Maybe he will decide to be the last Uchiha for the Uchiha curse do die with him.

 

I just love NaruSaku feelings too.

Well, with how much of a kitten the last chapter caused here, this chapter was kind of a nice reprieve.... kind of...not really, no. It was a little too uneventful.

I'm at least glad that they showed what Kakashi and Sakura were doing. Hope that wasn't it though...that would be a good opportunity for Kishi to resolve some of Sakura's feelings.
