Sasuke did not learn his lesson, somehow Sasuke wants to end what his clan wanted Itachi stopped., but instead just village he will do the whole world.
Resolution for Sasuke dead or going around the world.
Another thing If Sasuke returns to Konoha, probably Sakura and Naruto will act like, '' nobody see this'', but about Kakashi will act like nothing happen with Sasuke? or simple there is no forgiveness.

Well that explains Sasuke being all quiet and meh about it. Because he's going to turn heel. So here we are. I can't stop thinking how Kakashi reacted. He looks like if he's still up, he will legit kill this man. All I can say is one thing though:

Yes but I thought he was talking about the Rinnegan for Sasuke and the bijuu chakra for Naruto. I know it has been translate as "seals" but to me it's clear the seals in their hands are gone. That's weird.
