IMO its stupid to ask acknowledgement from someone who insults you and degrades you as a human being every chance he gets if you ask me she's better of without it I certainly wouldn't want it if someone did all of that to me and honestly Sakura has enough respect from everybody even without his stinky one

(Naruto,Hashi,Tsunade,Shizune,Minato etc) but this is Kishi we are talking about

if I were Sakura I would  have forgotten about Sasuke a long time ago, but this is Sakura we are talking about.  A "kind girl" lol. Sasuke should acknowledge her as a friend just to show some respect, not in a romantic level of course.

You know, the situation isn't the same anymore. If Naruto is still in snow world:

 

Naruto: Haha! I tricked you! What you going to do now!

Kaguya: Going to kill.

Zetsu: Indeed, mommy.

Naruto: Oh yeah......kitten!

 

If he's still there, hopefully he can distract long enough. Kill mode is on. Be brutal to see him all beatup, waiting for others to show up.

For those still confused the new dimension they went to in this chapter is not the desert. They went to some dimension that apparently is connected to all of the other dimensions Kaguya can transport to (lava, ice, desert, etc.).

 

This dimension is a sort of rocky terrain that has lines on it. Like this:
