However I read somewhere, Sasuke was adressing an older person in his talk about protecting someone. People assumed it was Kakashi...
But it's true that by Kishi's track record, a girl would be more suited to play the damsel in need of protection. And Hinata even more than Sakura who is supposed to be more competent and stronger.

I Have already gone mad waiting for such a day XD Please make it happen soon!!!!!Gosh I swear. Hinata and Sasuke have to interact before this series ends. I'm gonna lose my mind if they don't xD Hopefully the movie settles that, even if it's just a little.

Well, there is a special RTN chapter coming out after the last Naruto manga chapter. He might put some SasuHina moments in thatI think many sh fans would be content if by the end of this manga,sasuke and hinata would only look at eachother..why is kishi so cruel to us?is it too much to ask?

Exactly.
Even Shino has had his little moment with Sasuke when he claimed he wanted to become hokage.
It's because Kishi knows.
He knows they would instantly fall in love just looking at one another... 
Well realistically, it's already a miracle that drama CD exists. At least we know Charasuke would find canon Hinata kawai. 
Just imagine all the things he would do to her if he could put his leecher hands on her.

Just the fact that Sasuke ever fell in love with Hinata is enough with me to ship it. Actually, Naruto stated that Sasuke changed nothing and Sasuke fell for Hinata's sweet side.
Every Sasu-ship Coughskcoughsscough expects Sasuke to fall in love with a girl. Or he is already in love with them. *facepalm*
In Sasuhina we already are assured that Sasuke would fall in love with Hinata due to the RTN Drama CD.

Probably cause they hate Sakura. When she's probably the most developed female character in the whole show.
I respect Hinata, but Sakura deserves some too.

kittennata with shy Ino's manners (basically canon Hinata) made Charasuke go doki doki. He fell for her. 
It was amazing we got that much fanservice.

i hope it does have some sort of conection to the movie cause im eager to find out what happened after hinata kittenslapped sasuke..did sasuke continued to pursue hinata in order to win her heart?or he was dissapointed after she reverted to her tsun tsun side and abandoned the idea?this is a mistery to me

i had the vague impression that deep inside she likes him i mean she praised him durring the dinner and she was angry when she saw sakura with sasuke's rose..but she doesnt want to admit it and she likes playing hard to get...on the other hand ,i think it would be highly refreshing for sasuke to meet a girl who doesnt fangirls him instantly like all the pathetic fangirls..i know for sure by having a lot of aquitances and hearring and watching a lot of love stories that in real life men apreciate much more women that are hard to get and after they win their heart ,that relationship is more long lasting..the women who fall in their bed too rapidly wont have long lasting relationship with them...i think this should also be the case with naruto boy characters but who knows what kind of bizzare perception about relationships is kishimoto having..maybe kishi thinks that girls who are humiliating themselves for the boys and having no selfrespect is normal and cool (yea im looking at sasusaku and sasukarin)

obviously she doesnt loves him because shes too blinded by her obssesion with menma but there are hints that she may like him...its two different things...well thats up to interpretation realy..and i dont think rtn hinata loves menma she is just hardcore unhealtily obssesed or how can anyone call love when a girl grabs the boy's collar threatening him with murderous eyes ready to kick his ass and also threatening every girl he comes in contact with?
