NH fans don't have even half the stuff we have yet, they stay on through over 600 chapters. If I see more of this whining and quitting, I'm going to start calling people out.

If you freak out everytime there's a *possible*moment for a rival pairing, then you obviously have no faith in your OTP. This manga has been going on far too long and by now people should have enough sense to know that it ain't over til it's over when it comes to Kishi. To be honest, you sound a little defensive there as if I hit a nerve. Did you get a bit uneasy after today's chapter?

Anyhow, I was curious about the plan that Shikamaru is crafting. I'm also worried that it'll get some difficulties due to the fact that Naruto's shoulder is dislodged and they didn't know it. What do you guys think?

Can some of us be worried without being judged? I know this targets me in the process, however, I think I have offered pretty legit reasons for me to worry. And pretty much I wasn't referring at the NS pairing only, I was talking about Sakura's character as a whole and people's opinion over her.

We can try to see things from both sides, instead of saying unrealistically that NH doesn't have any manga support. Because it does, of course it's tiny compared to NS though. I think people should be able to say "If I was a NH fan, I would've loved this scene" or "If that was Sakura, I would've had a nosebleed right now". -Without having people telling them they're ovvereacting. It's a difference between that and "OMFG be aware, NH is coming! " (btw, someone gotta make a meme about that xD)

Exactly. Most people that hate her admitted that if Sakura would've stayed the way she was in Sasori battle they would've had more respect for Sakura.
She lacks action big time for a so-called heroine...It's sad, but true. And hard.
Being a Sakura fan it's one of the hardest things in this fandom, heh.

Before I even made a post for this chapter I read all 13 pages and like me there are other who are tired of the Hinata and the Hina>>>Naru spotlight and the Sakura sideline, ( while encouraging other to keep bashing her character by saying that she had to be save again when she suppose to be the Heroine of the Manga.

I say this again Hinata focus as long that the other 8 Rookies get some focus would not bother me at all, but she is getting too much freaking focus when she is a one dimensional character that only knows to say Naruto-kun, it's a miracle she didn't say don't worry brother I will protect Naruto-kun with my life to honer your death. That is how one dimensional and single minded she is, but it's not enough that we know that already we need to be reminded of this each time she gets on Panel, instead of developing the other Rookies or most importantly Sakura.

Same. Pretty much what I'm "kittening" about is Sakura not getting any panel time really. Of course, she's gonna pop back up in due time, but the wait is killing me since we've waited months and months already...

You said that you don't care about the general fandom opinion so it's obvious that you only see things the way you set up your mind to see them, NS still has in my opinion the best development for the pairing to prevail until the end, but right now things are not doing so well for NS and worse for Sakura character, You can compere NS and Yamato currents status in the Manga, there isn't any difference.

When we compere Sakura part one, Sakura from the beginning of part 2, Sakura from the filler arcs/filler chapter or Sakura from the movies especially the last one, with the Sakura after chapter chapter 484 you notice that there is a big difference between them it's almost like if they are from different Anime series.

Someone is having their time of the month. Just because some of us question our pairing doesn't mean we have to quit it. If you don't like us "whining and quitting" then you could leave. I'll open the door for you and laugh at your ignorance.

Plus, it's a manga pairing ship in a series that rarely has any romance in it. Getting a little too worked up over there, buddy.

First of all i dont think NF is the right place to get an unbiased vie on the manga. Second, Im not seeing things how i set them up in my mind since im looking at the manga in an unbiased view. Thats also the reason why i dont see in any small chapter where hinata has 2 words to say a NH moment, like a lot of you guys do.
Also im using logic in my view of the manga, what means that i know that in nearly every manga the tsundere ends up with the main character. Thats fact! Of course there are some exceptions, but they normaly dont have the same build up like naruto.

I think its more you who sets up things in your mind, because you just seem to think that things matter how they are right now in this chapter, but a lot of you guys just seem not to understand that there is still a lot of time left till the end of the manga.
So if i use the typical writing style of shonen i can realize, that just because hinata gets some development, doenst mean, that its bad for Sakura, or bad for naruto, or that kishimoto changed his mind about pairings.

Thats why i say: Keep waiting till the end of the story before you start flaming that sakura doesnt gets enough character development, because thats just not true if we look back at the story. Just because Kishimoto developes side charavters in the current arc doesnt mean that the main characters wont get any development anymore.

Also how can you say that things are not doing well for NS? Only because naruto didnt show sakura that he loves her in the last 100 chapters, or because sakura has not that much screentime in this arc? I think a view like this comes from the release of only 1 chapter a week. We also shouldnt forget that this is an action manga, so kishi has better things to do then developing pairings the whole time, thats why we shouldnt see every interaction between naruto and sakura or hinata as a pairing hint.

@zacrathedemon5: Why is it bad to give fanservice? Its not bad at all as long as its not changing the story.

Strider is right. Take a closer look at the panel. Kakashi's arm is clearly wrapped around her shoulder and he's pulling her towards him. If that's not enough for you, take a look at her legs. She's almost floating in the air with her lower legs at a diagonal. That's an odd way to dodge an attack... I think she was abruptly pulled out of harms way by Kakashi, which is why she said "Uwah!", and lost her footing as he dragged her towards him, which is why her legs look weird. It still says "dodge" because she did dodge the Mokuton, but it wasn't on her own.

the action lines are on Sakura, Kakashi is merely holding on...and it say's "dodge" over HER head... really people...you can't see it?

The amount of words she says does not matter. If there is an entire chapter of Naruto saying nothing and just standing next to each other, looking into each others eyes, and then kissing, would you seriously use "They only say 2 words, it's not important" as an argument?

Words do not matter as much as panel time and appearances. What people care about is Hinata repeating what she did in the past -being a bit too reckless and jumping in front of Naruto-, and her being in the place of where a heroine should be, on the front lines. If people don't have a problem with that, then they have a problem with Hinata getting an increasing amount of screen time instead of Sakura or any of the other rookies who should be getting screen time as well.

It's too early to say, but even if Kishi were influenced by the fans, he would be looking at the japanese fanbase. As of that poll a long time ago, NejiHina had a huge fanbase in JP and I highly doubt they're looking at western fanbases. If he were influenced by the fanbase, this could be a NejiHina moment while at the same time, killing the ship (unless, he plans to bring Neji back)
