Anyways! NS can be both sexually... wow and romantically(cute)... wow. There are no words to explain a perfect relationship. (So sad that we care about a fictional pairing that we love so much more than our love life   )

Then she'll caress his cheek gently and look deep into his eyes and promise him that she'll always be the first person to wish him happy birthday in the future ( meaning she wants to be the closest person to Naruto aka gf/ wife) 

 

EDIT: I'm pretty sure Kishimoto is incapable of making such a romantic scene or I should rather say Kishimoto will never make this happen. LadyGT, Pleeeaaase draw this scene. Your art is always as good as Kishi's so it'll be just like reading from the original manga

I remember the hug Sakura gave Naruto in 450 and the amount of people going back and forth on whether or not the hug was platonic or romantic was scary. IIRC the interpretation of that one little panel lasted for a couple of months. lol only in the Naruto fandom can a hug set off a crazy war amongst shippers. I love it xD

That's really cute >.<  but we've got a thank you hug before... what about a kiss on his cheek? Ooor , if a hug, hugging from behind! It would be funny if he said something stupid and she would pull his ear but then, kiss him on the cheek

Role reversal- Sasuke is Mario and Naruto is the captured Princess. Sasuke is the one who chases after Naruto. Bromance still prevails.

That's exactly what Kishi means. He's not the first. I saw animes having similar ways to show the romantic side between two characters.

The one panel I was referring to was the one on the bottom, which starts the next page. That's the panel that I've seen argued constantly years ago.

Somehow, I really cheer for Kishi to show us how Naruto fell for Sakura when they were children, like with someone asking him "when did you fall for her?" and then, he reminds of the moment and tells the person. It would be even better if Sakura ended up hearing it.
