Even if Naruto changed the subject, I still don't see how Naruto saying that he's trying his best doesn't have to do with wanting to fulfill everything his mother told him to do, including being in a relationship with someone like his mom. He just didn't want to particularly go into the subject of romance.

At this point, even if she wasn't romantically interested in Naruto, she cares a lot more about Naruto than Sasuke. Sakura only still cares about Sasuke because she is "kind", as Kakashi put it.

 Obviously its Sasuke  :smug:  Sakura tried to kill him ffs! Do you need better proof than that?! As per the Uchiha code , there isn't a better way than murder to prove your eternal love . To show her commitment to the family , Sakura was following the Uchiha traditions  :zaru:

reflect upon...Hinata is in love with him since...always? So the only thing Naruto can do is simply say her "I love you too!", nothing more difficult honestly... So why Naruto did stall and then say "I'm work hard about that!!", if he meant about Hinata then that's means no sense...

 

If it was Hinata -> Naruto must only say 3 words. No obstacle, no difficulties, etc..

If it was Sakura -> Well, we know it's complicated... Naruto could confess to her but he doesn't know if his feelings are mutual or not because... well, we know that...

I just hate that they're telling her to kitten off. Incredibly unnecessary. Why we have to be like this...

I read some few posts above this post as well, regarding the hate LadyGT is receiving because she is an NS supporter! That's it!!! Enough is enough now. Things are getting way out of hands with NH/SS now. How much ever I don't like talking to them or insulting people, its all irrelevant now. I am making an account on NB and NF and am just waiting for NS to go canon. Once that's been done with....I am going to go all out on the NH and SS fans. I seriously don't care if the site bans me or anything but I am just going all out on them. I don't care if I insult them, bloody pulverise them or hurt them or make personal comments or insults. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! You bash the ship, it can be ignored....you bash the person....they are done for! I don't effin care what the rules of those forums or whatever they are called are....I am gonna go all out on them especially....Koshej! No holds barred! They have been messing with me a lot lately....seriously...ENOUGH IS BLOOODY ENOUGHHHHH!!!!!

I took Naruto's "not everything is going as Mom said" as a general statement. Most likely the girl comment and maybe his studies were thrown in that line. 

 

Yes it's a general statement. He was referring that not everything went exactly the way his mother wanted. Just like in real life, not everything goes exactly the way you want.

 

 

Narutowiki states that that is her favorite word favorite word , not favorite phrase .

 

"and her favourite word according to the second and third databooks is "courage""

Well that's a lie. As we've seen time and time again that her favorite word is "Naruto-Kun".

The word "courage" is not even in her vocabulary.

It was general, but we can safely suppose romance was included there, since he's not with Sakura-chan yet. 

It was about bromance actually. Kushina had hoped her son would settle down with a nice girl but unfortunately this wasn't going according to plan. Naruto has other ideas. Its just that he was too embarrassed to tell his parents about his man-crush on Sasuke   :chuckle:
