That's her old one from part 1. Her new favorite phrase is "Courage".Sakura's favourite phrase according to the first databook is "A life with love throughout!"
So... I suppose that only someone can afford that for her and that one is Naruto. Sasuke can't love her the way Naruto loves her. It's like saying you like ketch-up on your fries but don't mind mustard over them either!

Narutowiki states that that is her favorite word favorite word , not favorite phrase .
"and her favourite word according to the second and third databooks is "courage""

Oh. I feel like that's probably changed by now too, to be honest.
Don't really know, someone with the databooks around here could confirm?

So this is the translation? If so it's not a general statement.@六道仙人
I'll translate so correct me if you have objections to the translation.
今日で17歳になったばっかりで・・・
お酒とか女とか知らねえし!!
I just because seventeen today....so I don't know about alcohol and woman!!
でも母ちゃんが自分に似た女を

It's the same thing in the databooks... word/phrase. The change from the first databook to the second is supposed to show her development.
My bad then.
Even so, word and phrase are different things.

If you mean the "everything doesn' go as mom said", then you're wrong. It's definitely in a general sense. It is not related to the previous statement about the girl. He used the word とにかく (tonikaku) to say "anyway", this word is used in japanese to change the subject of the conversation. So yes, he's changing the subject of the conversation when he says "Anyway, everything doesn't go as mom said but I'm doing my best!"

Can you conclude that he wants to go with everything that his mom told him to do from this? Also is there any way naruhina can twist this in their favor?

But then what does it mean? Does it mean he wasn't talking about Sakura-Chan? Or he was?

She's just saying that he's changing the subject. It's obvious that he was talking about her.

I already know, but she said something about in the general sense so I was trying to make sure that's what she meant. She's just saying that he's changing the subject. It's obvious that he was talking about her.

If Hinata were actually in every moment her fans think she is, she would be one of the main characters.
I originally posted this thought back in 2012 when #614 was released, but it's worth a repeat.
Remember in #614 when Neji was dying and Naruto said, "Why... Not in a place like this...!! You're the Hyuga's..."
Neji was the Hyuga's what? Genius? Strongest person? Only hope?
No matter what Naruto meant, it was a clear signal that he didn't consider Hinata to be on the same level as Neji, nor did he even think of Hinata in that moment or what Neji's death would (theoretically) have meant to her life. And Hinata was RIGHT THERE! And she's a Hyuga -- you know, one of the very Hyuga that Naruto is concerned about if Neji died!
Hinata fans miss these telltale slights by Naruto all the time.

"Everything doesn't go as my mom said, but I'm trying my best" is in general sense.
