Back to the topic, I am afraid that I might be viewed a little bit bad after you'll read what I have to say that...

 

The way we characterise Hinata is really strange and awkward. As we continue to delve deeper in the NH and SS fandom, the longer our own thoughts are getting swayed. Sasuke is not that bad either, he just is not one for love.

 

We are supposed to be the light of this fandom, the pairing which never hates on the other ones yet we are no better. Ah well, I'm not one to talk either but we could do it.

lol So was just talking to my brother about how the pairing fandoms are going crazy over the last chapter since an open ending is out of the question now. He was like "Yeah, pretty sure it's going to be Sakura". His reasoning is that it's obvious. I asked him if he's pairing neutral, and he said "Pretty much."

Hell yeah. And that shy thing NH are talking about and someone posted here is just the worst fallacy I've ever heard. Their fallacy is basically:
- Kushina was embarrassed and she was in love -----> Naruto was embarrassed, then it's proven that he is in love. ----> Naruto wasn't embarrassed when said Sakura is his girlfriend ------> then it's proven he is not in love with Sakura.
What the hell did I just read.... Fallacies are supposed to have at least a bit of logic but this one completely lacks it. Every conclusion taken there is completely equivocated. Without mentioning that Naruto didn't even look embarrassed, just searching for the right words to say. Now, more than ever, I agree with what you said. There's no way a 4th grade would have such a lacking of connection argument.

Totally agree with this. Somehow, getting more into the pairing stuff, makes me almost want to dislike Hinata. Which is really crazy. I think that even if we might not like certain characters, we should always be neutral about all characters. All the characters have their flaws (including Sasuke), but their all unique and important characters. And we shouldn't ever let a ship get in between that..

Our opinions on Hinata usually have nothing to do with the fact we ship NS, the same goes for Sasuke, that's why we have some fans of him who ship NS here. It's not like we're biased at Hinata, in my case, I just don't like her because I don't think her character is good. What we laugh at the most is how overrated she is, treated like a goddess and stuff and that thought usually comes from NH shippers.

My brother is the same way. I hadn't asked him about who Naruto is going to end up with until recently (even though we've been both been seeing Naruto for 8+ years, and a year after I've been debating pairings), and he was like "I just have a feeling that the author is going for Naruto and Sakura". Although he might not be pairing neutral (probably has a preference towards NH even though he doesn't care about shipping in general) because he was also like "It's kittened up because the girl that's always been in love with him won't get to be with him". So he's probably an NH fan that sees that his pairing is most likely not going to happen.

Eh. Every fan is different. You can't really blame a whole entire fandom. There are crazy hater-fans, and then there are neutral rational fans. Every fandom can't be perfect - even if we want it to be.

Actually, I started disliking Hinata before I was a NS shipper lol. 

 

And yeah, there very few exceptions in NS that bashed Naruto or Sakura, but in the other main ships, this is quite frequent. Specially NH, they're more like fans of a character than of a ship.

My opinion about that is understandable, they want what's best for theirs only favorite character. Naruto or Sakura in that case is by far the best. More like the worst.

 

Naruto can't cope with Hinata well.

 

Sakura will break should she try to mend Sasuke back.
