Can you still go with mended cloths to the store or walk around the neighborhood !? .

Not everyone does it for fanservice! That's such a wide generalisation which actually has no base to it! Clothes are meant to be comfortable for the wearer and it's his/her choice as to what he/she wears. We cannot judge them on the basis of what they wear. If someone wants to expose skin then probably it means that they are comfortable with their own body and they like to flaunt it! What one does with their body is their concern! Their life, their rules, their choices! God! This world would be so much better if people stop judging others for the choices they make! They aren't concerned anyway!
