Lol Kishimoto is such a jackass the things he says. I mean he does know that he has to choose his words and what he says wisely and cautiously right? Seriously, did he state that Neji died just to bring Naruto and Hinata together? Like some sort of cupid. Wtf man. What about changing the views the Hyuuga had, and all that being caged and finally being free stuff? I thought that was suppose to be some sort of symbolism for changing their ideals. And don't get me started on his talk about Popularity and him thinking if he should make Hinata the heroine at some point because of this. kittening dumbass, you can't just introduce a heroine into your story and have her with that role throughout the course of the series and then want to change the role all of a sudden to some other character because they are more popular. Might as well have made Sasuke the Hero then since he is more popular then Naruto-oh wait seems like Kishi did do that, the series did seem to focus more on The sauce than Nardo anyways. Heh.Looks like Kishimoto is all about that popularity, and what does popularity equate to..Money. All about that $$$$$$. He is a sellout and because of this his story had to pay for it.

I feel so bad for Naruto...he never deserved this....

Nah he deserves some blame for this. Instead of incapacitating Sasuke he chose to scratch the latter's headband in the Final Valley fight allowing Sasuke to run rampant. He sent mixed signals to Sakura, making promises and supporting her than rejecting her confession yet still calling her his girlfriend and all that.  He completely ignored Hinata's confession, than decided to hold her hand in 615.

 

But he really should have talked to Sakura about her feelings for Sasuke. He of all ppl was the one who would have understood her feelings the most and could have talked to her about it. If I have a close friend who is in love with an abuser I won't force her to do anything, but I would at least talk to her and recommend that she move on from them. That's at least what Naruto should have done and yes Kishimoto deserves the brunt of the blame for this but Naruto is not looking good right now.

O Parts Hunter (666 Satan) is the series that Naruto should've become by the end. And wait did it really get cancelled? I thought Seishi planned on ending it the way he did in the final volume. 

 

Yeah it got cancelled. Seishi said himself he wanted to make a better epilogue (by also making JioxRuby canon) but WSJ wanted him to end the series already because even though it was really well received it wasn't selling any better than moderately plus it was sandwiched between a bunch of manga juggarnauts (Naruto, Bleach, OP, FMA, HXH)

Which is why the last chapter is so rushed and.....well.....downright depressing "everyone dies The End"

Oh dear lord! I just got finish watching the actual guilt trip that happens in the genjutsu and i'm at a loss for words.

I agree with all of this...but he does not deserve to be hated because Kishimoto threw his story away for Hinata...Its just sad that the main character has become the least liked in this ending.
