This is why JioxRuby is my OTP right now (Even though the series was cancelled nearly a decade ago before the pairing had a chance to become canon)

 

 

O Parts Hunter (666 Satan) is the series that Naruto should've become by the end. And wait did it really get cancelled? I thought Seishi planned on ending it the way he did in the final volume.

Like people said before, he could make the whole movie an Infinite Tsukuyomi thing, since Duracell isn't looking like he'll be bringing in any money.
Oh, and he could make ShikaSaku canon since their popular characters, and he's all about popularity now

Not all, but the fandom of the first, second third, fourth, sixth, seventh popular character hates him. That's pretty much A LOT.

EXACTLY. SStards think 698 was a beautiful moment of the unconditional love Sakura had for Sasuke when in fact the moment was meant to kitten on her--to finally convince the reader that she will never move on from Sasuke and that Naruto should find a better girl. It was Sakura's worst moment...her ultimate betrayal towards Naruto's heart.
SS is the they-deserve-eachother pairing in Kikitten's mind so it always baffles me how sasusaku fans think Kishimoto gives a kitten about Sakura or that her in a relationship with Sasuke is a "gift" from Kishi. It's not. It's his ultimate kitten-You to Sakura.

 

Indeed. Really disappointing to see him destroy the NS bond like that.

Okay the only one hope for Kishi to make another movie and have decent profits is to completely exclude NH and the family, feature on team seven (excluding the "worst scumbag") and make it an action story. Kakashi, Sasuke, Sakura, Shikamaru action will probably sell. It's awkward but at this point he NEEDS to replace Naruto with Shikamaru and make a new team seven and give them some smart strategic battles. No Boruto, No Naruto and No Hinata of course.
Does anyone have any ideas how he can make a new movie and still gain some profit at this point?

Completely redo the ending, make NS canon as it should have been, keep Naruto and Sakura in character.

Taka the movie... They all have/had the potential to be as likable and loved by all. I mean seriously Kishi never gave them a shot.

The only way your idea will work if Naruto needs a TOTAL redemption and a very good one for the audience. Because a story that is all about the rest of the crucial characters (i.e. Sakura, Kakashi) is not going to cut it. And since he's the titular character after all.

 

But then again, after the kitten this movie had just become which ruined the entire franchise,.

He honestly could just make it a Genjutsu. There's enough ammo to make it seem like it really is. Like, for example, Sakura's pendant that her dad had in RTN. Why does it look exactly like Bolt's hair? Or why is everybody acting so OOC. Why does Naruto know the shadow clone jutsu when he didn't learn it until after the academy?

It's even more sad that the characters the author disregarded have become even more popular and less hated(Sasuke, Kakashi, Sakura, Neji) while ONLY the main character has gone down the drain.

At least Hinata was already hated and her fans are only blaming Naruto if they ever hate the pairing.
