My apologies for being a bit dumb in here but I did not comprehend what you mean to say. Can you please elaborate the point you are trying to convey?

Okay, again: it's a good theory, i guess. But what if there's an explanation that is more simple.

When someone refers to other person technique as it were from another person, i think it's because it has more impact coming from that one. Example:

- Minato's jutsu, transportation. But it's not his. It's originally from Tobirama.

- Tsunade's Byaguko seal. We don't know if it's originally from Mito. But she had it. 

- Naruto's Kagebunshi. Of course it's not his, but is the one who use it even just for the sake of it.

 

So, we can't take "Kushina's chains" as a hint, i think.

Now what if Minato talked Sakura about his wife Kushina and compare her to his wife?

I don't think he'll talk with her. He may say a few words to both Naruto and Sakura when he's leaving. But, starting to compare is unlikely and cause he already said that she reminds him of Kushina. He can throw another moment or parallel about Sakura and Kushina, but I think it would be like the last one of 631.

Naruto -> sakura, max out in poal and when he reassure her again in hospital.

Part 2 :
Sakura -> naruto, max out in land of iron.

In war arc, NS take back seat and will resolute in the end of this arc(just like usual).
Sakura is safe(for now), when she get hurt, naruto will make his move.
