He sure would! I have placed my bets on this one. I even think that we'd get Kushina's interaction with Sakura as well. Since Minato got a shot at it, its unfair that the one who Sakura closely resembles to, doesn't get a shot at it!

Now if you are asking me how'd Kushina be revived? Here's a theory me and Firefox came up with, a long time ago!

Orochimaru would be the one to revive Kushina by using Edo Tensei, if she is to be given a chance to meet Naruto(and Sakura). We have Minato who maybe, has something related to her DNA like her hairs or such and if not for him, Orochimaru might have something related to Kushina? How? Let me explain. Not too long ago Karin unleashed her chakra chains ability and Orochimaru seemed not to surprised at that indicating that he seemed to be aware of that! Now everyone knows that Orochimaru is involved with those crazy experiments he does in which he mixes DNA's of other people with some other people and creates test subjects and Karin...is one of them! Maybe....just maybe...Orochimaru introduced Kushina's DNA in Karin's DNA and that's how she got her chakra chains ability which originally belongs to Kushina! If that's the case, then Orochimaru must have the DNA of Kushina as well. Maybe he introduced Mito's DNA in Karin as well! But that's a long shot....

Now this theory if plausible only if Chakra chains ability belongs to the whole Uzumaki clan and NOT a single special Uzumaki. But I think this possibility is ruled out since Orochimaru specifically says "Uzumaki Kushina's chakra chains ability"....or something along those lines to Karin when she unleashes those Chakra chains! Dialogue is not perfect but it is something close to the original. My point is...why make Orochimaru say, "UZUMAKI KUSHINA'S chakra chains ability" and not "The chakra chains ability belonging to the prestigious Uzumaki clan!" This gives me the hint that Chakra chains are exclusively one of Kushina's abilities which Karin got due to Orochimaru's DNA mixing experiments with Karin being a test subject! So yeah, if this theory is right, Orochimaru HAS Kushina's DNA and we might get Kushina-Sakura-Naruto-Minato interaction before the Edo Tensei ends!
