If she follows the same path as most people in this story, she will be a bit upset at first and then worship him like a God. And Kishimoto will smile and laugh.

Like naruto itself is an original manga.
Kishi need to thanks to many author he use as "inspiration".

He'll just say sasuke left before he found out either Sakura or Karin was pregnant. It's the only choice that doesn't make sasuke look like an ass

He still never bothered to check in with Sakura, see how she was doing or anything. Not once, for twelve years. And he chose to leave. Still an ass, just maybe not quite as big of one.

I can't imagine what Kishimoto could come up with to justify this. What mission lasts twelve years? They have macs and skyscrapers, he can't shoot her an email or a telegraph or something to let her know he's okay, perhaps inquire how she is? There's no way, taking everything into consideration, that Sasuke comes out looking like a good guy, a decent one even. Kishimoto will still attempt to make it seem that way though. And SS fans will eat it up...

I wanna be completely honest here I gave the chapter a good+ for a starting chapter yes, but it wasn't anything groundbreaking to be honest. Sarada Uchiha is an interesting character and she has potential to go places, but that's it. So far we've only got 1 chapter of this spin off gaiden and that's it there are still like 9 or 11 chapters to go since this is only suppose to last for a few months. I'm not gonna lie when I say the I want Sarada to be Karin's Daughter I'm being truthfully honest here for obvious reasons, but if she isn't am I gonna kitten at Kishi misleading the fans. No because he's pulled this same trick off before and it's not going to work a second time. If Sarada Uchiha is Karin's daughter I'm gonna find it hilarious, but if she isn't then oh well end of story. Both patterns are really plausible at this point because it is Kishi we're talking about here the man could do one thing and he could totally go in a different direction and people will buy it. 

 

 

Also like what James S Cassidy said a long time you just can't trust what Kishi says anymore because he can easily contradict things and asspull into existence because of a few obvious experiences all ready.

It's pretty funny that I'm going to get info from here and tumblr without having to read chapter 2. Though I am scared that it may be something out of imagination. Lately, my troll estimation on Kishi is very limited. I got to expand the possibilities.

So, right now, I'm thinking of what series to check it out.
