Have him appear less? Kakashi's had more screentime than anyone else apart from Naruto this past couple of year, He was the won who turned the tables allowing them to defeat Kaguya. He really does a lousy job of  doing it, Kakashi's popularity was at an all time high during the way, people will be talking about his rampage for decades.
 
Well he should have done a better job not making Sasuke so unlikeable, or have him change his plans so often, and not kept on destroying all the Sakura development by making he a weak fangirl whenever Sasuke was mentioned. Sakura's charactor would have grown so much if he just had her realise she was no longer in love with Sasuke, and wanted to save him.
 
I have to wonder if this was a peek inside how many creative minds in Japan work, because it really would explain why the Japanese entertainment export industry is at a all time low, why the rest of the world don't care for Japanese games as much. Why anime and manga exports are a mere fraction of what they were. They don't understand their demographic at all.
 
Ofcourse Hinata's scenes will get a better reaction, because she's a extra, everytime she gets any screentime her fans will rejoice, with Sakura we expect her to get screentime, we expect her to be badarse, she was the heroince, if anything we wanted more, we wanted to see Sakura be a heroine more,  it was what every other manga gave us, so we expected the same from Naruto.

Just keep sasuke as a villain. You can't save everyone.

Makes me think of dynasty warriors. Japanese fans really like Cao Pi and Zhen Ji. Historically Cao Pi made Zhen Ji kill herself and made Guo Nuwang his emperoress, but the fans love Cao Pi (sasuke clone) relationship with Zhen Ji. Sigh...

Everyone's culture is different, but love will always be the same, unless it's naruto.
