And I’m supposed to believe SS wasn’t the final nail in Sakura’s character coffin?

 

Kishimoto stopped caring about Sakura and so she was put in a relationship with a guy who verbally abused her throughout the final act.

 

I know what the rallying cry is going to be “oh Kishimoto crapped on Sakura but at least she got SS, at least she got Sasuke!”

 

Sorry to tell you folk getting Sasuke was part of the process of Sakura getting crapped on and downgraded as a herione.

 

SS is the byproduct of the author no longer caring about the development, well being or future of a character aside from being a means to an end

From what I gather I think he's saying that Karin (whose a pain in the ass for Sasuke) is based on a pain in the ass from him.

Everyone but the hardcore wish fulfullment pairing fans. I've seen all sorts of excuses to justify this crap (lol, Kishi wasn't being serious!).

 

Wow! The fact that even some of these hardcore fans are attempting to undermine the truthfulness of Kishi's words implies that even they are in disbelief about what was said like us. 

 

Everyone? So does this mean the only supportive groups for Kishi still remaining are the hardcore SS and NH fanbases?

It probably is fake, even if it is real all it pretty much concludes is that karin's personality was meant to be irritating.

One person at tumblr made one point. Not saying she's right but one thing that could have happened is that perhaps the people around him (his work area) made him believe Hinata is the most popular one.

Guys i just read that kishs contact will sp runs out sometime early next year..if It's true it could mean good news for us.

 

With studio parrot gone he can finally make NS cannon. Plus we all know sp is behind nh being cannon.

 

It doesn't work that way. The manga publisher and SP both own at least a portion of the rights to the Naruto franchise, so even if Kishimoto no longer had a contract with either of them, he can't legally write anything related to Naruto with another company. Of course we don't know the terms involved in Kishimoto's contract, but for all we know he could have signed over the rights to Naruto fully to his publisher. Which would mean he has no creative control at all, and once the contract has expired he could just be replaced with another writer for the spinoff and he would have no say in it at all. That is if that's actually the case, I don't know if it is.
