As for whether they should use tech or not is up to the person and over reliance on technology can be a bad thing.

I know sometime ago people were discussing creating a thread dedicated to Kishi's idiotic things he said in all those interviews.

Did someone actually do it or not?

The tech itself is irrelevant because the villages shouldn't even be training kids to become ninja killing machines in the first place. Naruto looks like an idiot for wanting children to become shinobi the hard way when it's not nescessary in the world of peace they supposedly live in.

 

I wouldn't doubt it for a second after Naruto and Sasuke are both long gone there will be another great ninja war from the new generations.

I agree. In my mind I always thought (for years now) that Naruto will become Hokage and then change the system, bringing peace. And being known as best Kage in history. For next generation. I always thought that people will train for some kind of tournaments, not killing.

The creator said people wouldn't have to train anymore. Since Naruto used to be all about hard work he hates it and banned it for the exam. So no one was allowed to used it for the exams. And once again since it was an expressed rule by the kage hosting the exams it was forbidding for all parts of the exam. So like i said earlier with some rephrasing the exam are suppose to see how ninjas creatively work around rules not break them. By using it Bolt was breaking the rules not working around them. Since Naruto was the kage that forbid it and his son who he was proud of was the only one discovered using it it incredibly damaging and damning.

Does it make the user capable to use high rank ninjutsu? Maybe yes maybe not, but so what? It could make someone like lee able to use ninjutsu so he could engage enemy from distance and give him another option to attack.
Or maybe it would allow to use tsunade regeneration jutsu. I mean what if burito get multi stab? That device could save his life, because he doesn't have Kyubi in his belly.

And why don't you banned summoning scroll that allowed you to summon say, giant snake.

To be honest  there are two sides of the coin regarding this issue . What you say about the hard work theme and the rules is true but on the other hand that theme was destroyed long ago  and the rules that  are applied in here about the technology are nothing but a stupid contrived BS to bring some pointless message . The point of the technology is to make their lives easier as well as their work that's why we have it in our world , and its such a Double Standard that Naruto (The Hypocrite ) is the one opposing this technology crap when he's the one who modernized the whole village and its also using it for his work for sending emails and what not as well as the villagers . Isn't that minimizing what should be achieved with  "hard work/effort" !? Also did we forget about that Chakra Laser Cannon in TL !? What about that one !? That one is ok to use it bc its convenient to us right !?   On the other hand the device that Burito was using can also be seen as Ninja tool as @rocci has pointed out which is not against the Ninja rules which pose another Double Standard and it looks totally stupid having this rule in the first place .   

 

This is why the Technology crap should have never been introduced in the first place  bc it was never such a big part of this manga the Naruto World and it goes completely against its themes  its nothing but a one giant piece of retconing double standard BS and makes Kishimoto the biggest idiot hypocrite and an absolute failure of an author bc the man has completely lost touch with his own creation and its themes , he clearly doesn't know how to write anymore if he ever did that is sign .

Why would using ninjutsu tech is a bad thing?

I think it should be encourage.

You know that feelings when you climd a high tree with just your bare hand it took you 15 minute with sweat and hard train not to fall, and then someone else climb the tree in just 1 minute using ladder.

 

Its not fair, i go through hell and bunch of training that takes long time, and my son suddenly able to do what i can't do at his age. JEALOUSY.!!!

 

Maybe that what naruto thinking he look his own son as a RIVAL.

 

Don't be surprise ... look how mind broke he is, stress, tired. The weird thing is look at other kage ... they were not as stress and tired as naruto, at their time theres always war. Hashirama, Tobirama, and Sarutobi never show sign of stress and preasure when doing their duty, they seems to enjoy it even though there is no peace , war everywhere. Naruto now at peace time, stress out??

I seriously don't understand why Naruto is So Busy during these times of Peace. With the new technological advancements and expansion of Konoha Village, There must now be an influx of people living in Konoha...... therefore, there should be an influx of workers/shinobi too. Even more is the fact these are times of peace, so there should be a significant reduction in ninja missions for Naruto to assign. That also means that the shinobi of the village would rarely be going out on missions and should have more time to spend in the Village. There should be no reason for Naruto to constantly send Shadow clones to do various work in the Village as there should be more than enough workers to do them. Also , not only could Naruto use Shadow clones to do the paperwork for him so the real one can spend time with his family, He could hire more workers to make the paperwork easier. He's the Freaking Hokage!! Just because it's the Hokages job to protect the Village and it's people, that doesn't mean that He has to do everyone's duties....It's like he's unecessarily taken upon everyone's burden to do work. There's zero excuses for him not spending time with his family.

 

There's absolutely no logic in this. I can't believe people are buying into this extremely lame excuse

Bolt as a "prodigy" is quite the huge lie, he had to cheat his way through the chuunin exam and his original "Rasengan" makes no sense  at all

 

You know...original and Rasengan should not be together in a sentence. The rasengan in its original form was not original.
