Lately i'm too scared to open links because it may lead me to another heartbreak

 

 

I'm terribly sorry if i'm too weak-willed nowadays

 

but this is the first time my heart got broken over a manga/anime pairing

(because the pair i usually like ends up together)

 

so i do not really know how to cope.

 

I know exactly how you feel. I just need this movie out to end everything once and for all, whatever the outcome may be...

 

 

 

I wonder if this is going to incur any backlash or reprisals from the fans in Japan as a whole. A number of them might be interest in watching the movie for the sake of supporting the series and listening to that Mizuki songstress's voice, but to try and illegitmise Sakura's heroine status and replace her with Hinata (not just in terms of plot relevancy, but outfitting her with the same exact clothes as Sakura and by positioning her next to Naruto)? I hope this movie is an utter failure at the box office.

I'm pretty sure a lot of the stuff sent would be published unless it's offensive/unfit to post. However, if that isn't the case, and each post is chosen to be published, the only answer is that SP favour Hinata and they would be inclined to agree, wouldn't affect the movie, it would just solidify their personal preference.

 

EDIT: Right now I'm pretty sure that a lot of the stuff sent is posted. I'm trying to look for a link to that Kishi fan wall thingy so if anyone has one, could you please drop me a link. Thanks :)

If it's not just a matter of marketing and this movie canonizes NH, I'm just going to be baffled. What's the point of spending so much time developing the heroine and her relationship with the titular character, if she's to be sidelined like this? Why would they spend so much time and resources marketing them together for so many things? It just doesn't add up. :\

Is it wrong of me to yearn for a group of so-called "professionals" at a company to suffer so much ridicule and detestation that they all hang their heads in shame as the stupidity and prejudice of their actions is thrown back into their faces by the very people they were counting on for acknowledgement and success? Because that's how I'm feeling right about now towards the pantomime.

I wouldn't go that far, but I definitely have to say that I cannot trust them as professionals, especially if half the stuff that's been said about them is true. Ridiculing us NS fans, despite us having a legit interpretation that Sakura's feelings toward Naruto were growing and were the basis of a deeper devotion to him than what her feelings for Sasuke entailed? If they really sold out, that's even worse. No comment.

And it relates to Sakura's character, as well, based on what we have in the pamphlet. OMG! Is this what I think you're implying?

It's probably SPs marketing dept. which is the most to blame tbh.

I don't know how true or accurate this is, but I've heard that while they like Hinata, NS is their preferred pairing. Hell, I've even seen some NH/SS fans worried that some scenes arguably in their favor would be sacrificed for this ship. XD

 

On that note, I used to love Hinata's character. She was my first favorite from this series, before I got to connect with any of the other characters. But everything SP has done has entirely turned me off to her. UGH!

Right. With all the theories though, I'm sure this isn't the real ending... if it is, then kitten. Hinata isn't even like Kushina LOL.  I'd be so pissed tbh. How can you throw all that away and not even justify why? o_O
 
I think that scene might come into play though and we'll finally get NS becoming canon in this movie. Might explain why 2 years has passed and Naruto hasn't confessed? A forehead kiss or a confession would fit in with the love aspect of this movie, and since Kishi said the movie will focus on love, he'll probably put it what he couldn't fit in the manga. Along with the rest of the couples too. He said in an RTN interview that he didn't have the time to put in Sakura's parents or Naruto's family life right? In this movie it'll probably be the same thing, just with the love plot of the series. We're going to see the couples in part 3 anyways, so might as well resolve it right?

I really hope you're right. There is no way Kishi can justify 699 or 700 in my eyes. Especially not with all the development NS has.

I know right? And from what I've seen, they've given us good NS moments in the ending songs as well. Let's not forget Naruto x UT too. I love that OVA a little too much.

 

Meh, their marketing is unbearable. I'm pretty sure Hinata is not the ONLY important character in Naruto. All I see is Hinata everywhere. They're practically shoving her in our faces anytime they want.
