Before I start, how long do you guys Kishi going to continue trolling the NH book cover for this latest volume (Naruto and Hinata holding scene) with NS developments yet to come?

Anywho, you have to remember her last few encounters with Sasuke were very bad. Lethal. She attempted to kill him, failed and then he was inches away from killing her. I think she was just happy to see Sasuke was truly on their side. That he cared to spend the energy necessary to save her.
She knows Naruto would come to her aid no matter what.
Sasuke, not so much.
If you go back to the pages after and close to the premier of that chapter, you will probably find some other interpretations of the scene. Last I remember some people thought it was blush marks, others did not, so on , so on.
Either way, Sakura has blushed in response to Naruto before as well. They can argue that not all blushes = romance, but that's exactly what Im arguing here (:
Her romantic feelings for Sasuke is nearly dying. Sasuke returning to the good side was perhaps Sakura most platonic display being in his presence ever in Naruto Manga history. She never lusted for him like she usually does with her fangirl self. I'm not saying its impossible for Sakura to lust for a guy now days. But look at Hinata and Karin. Both of them either lust or have sensual desires with the boys they love when they can't even control their hormones when there around. It the same with trying to orchestrate lust. Can't expect Naruto to besot Hinata if he does not have any voluptuous needs, just as much Sakura returning to her fan-girling ways. Lust and crush comes naturally, which I do agree that not all blushes equals romance.
I'm thinking you shouldn't call Soulfire elderly even if it is true lol, Soul is articulate but will never change her mind even though her theories have been proven wroong by Kishimoto time after time she is a great lady though I kind of like her even though I disagree with her. she is a classy person much better than the regular trolls you find at OM, what a pity I used to love that site for talking about other manga.

Sometimes she gets feisty with me like a rabid teenager when I get cheeky with her. But yeah, she is very nice and perhaps the nicest NH debater on the planet. I think she has to more of a classy person because she's like at least a decade order than you and set an example for the younger generation. But she over contemplates and usual that ends up being bias.
It's really not that her theories ends up being flaws, but how she neglects and converts a certain seen or panel to be something utterly different than it was originally intended to be. I think three times her theories explaining that Naruto was trying to tell Minato that their more than friends but not romantic couples. And three times, I told her off, why could he just flat out say that Sakura is not my girlfriend. She is like a sister to me.
Well my debating battery is at its end once again unless Kishi gives us another NS development this week.
It's called overthinking, and at this point it feels just sad. Blush or not Sakura is not meant to end with Sasuke. The most they can hope for at this point is for an open ending that will keep things ambiguous, but I think Kishi will try to go for actual canon confirmation of a couple and that will be NS thanks to story, development, and themes.
Also, they seem to ignore that Sakura herself told Naruto in the next panel that he was overreacting to the little details, showing that it meant nothing to her either. And that now Sakura is unconsciously suspicious of Sasuke, thus further proving that her happiness of having Sasuke back was just temporary nostalgia.
Very true. Not only that she nearly killed Sasuke with the poisonous kunai. But if Sasuke betrays naruto and team 7 again, I see Sakura cutting the final thread from her heart that she has for Sasuke.
I do have a hunch that when Naruto was overacting was him acting like he was pouting, just so he could observe her reaction and read her emotions. Sakura not only teases him that her saying Sasuke's name meant nothing to her when she proclaimed that she wanted to become Hokage was not a one-sided joke, but I do wager that Sakura had snuffed out Naruto acting and that was also the reason why she never took her eyes of of him and being happy about it, I think.
How many times haven't Sakura blushed to Naruto? 
She had feelings for Sasuke yesterday, it's nothing new.

if Kishi does that the original fans who wanted that kind of power up to Hinata would rage out.
