I don't even download the videos bc they're already there so what for !? And games I don't even play now I used to though besides some are full with viruses so I avoid that , Unlike my brother who keeps screwing up his cell and PC with them .

Nope None of that !!!. I recently went to the doctor and made a blood test and my blood image/results were normal .

 

I won't I'll eat it with lots of carrots & onnions .
