Is Hinata really hated in Japan?

Forums wise, that start to be the case.

Then why would people ship NS then?

I mena Naruto's in love with his childhood sweetheart that loves a jerk.

Would people ship NS because of frustations of being unable to win over your first love?

 

I dont think real scenarios apply to reasons of shipping.

 

If it was the case very few people would ship NS and would cheer up for Naruto to get over with and find another girl just because Sakura loves a jerk.

Compared to how many people ship SS & NH, yeah not a lot of people ship NS (at least in the West). And people do do that, want Naruto to find someone else because Sakura loves a jerk.

Meh, I can relate to her, but have different reasons to do with part one development and personality...nervousness, unconfidence, that kind of thing.

Don't like her enough to consider her a favorite, though.

Well you're one of the very few that can relate to her on some level but don't consider her as your favorite.

 

 

 

tbh I see more of myself in Sakura, especially how kishimoto had used inner Sakura a lot in part one..what girl doesnt have that inner side they dont show others? Sakura is more realistic than Hinata, cause all Hinata does is stutter and faint, how is that cute? Im shy, in fact, i have anxiety problems but you dont see me fainting and stuttering...Sakura is more human...if that makes any sense? lol

Everyone has an inner self that we don't show to others. And if we do, we do it for short periods of time. Why do we have an inner self and why don't we show it all the time is a completely different discussion.

And yes Sakura is more realistic, that's why I like her as a character.

  • Interests:Honestly, western sakura haters are pathetic (if your wondering why I say western, its because thats where all the sakura haters are) they hate sakura for the stupidest reasons, makes me wonder if they even read the manga for anything besides illogically hating on her, and even more so if they even read the same manga. Seriously they really are blind if they think sakura isn't the most popular female character in naruto and has a huge fanbase in japan, kishimoto-sensie's main fanbase. Honsetly, they aren't true naruto fans because they're practically bashing the main heroine of the series who has had AMAZING and deep emotional development, both romace-wise , character-wise and-power wise, and the love interest, Haruno sakura, of the main hero, Uzumaki Naruto. That alone is an insult to kishimoto-sensie's work. Not to mention they rub off the japanese culture, which is important to know if you wanna 100% understand the details of the manga.

    My hobbies are drawing, and reading awesome facts about anything I love! Oh and how could I forget, I love playing on my PS3, my favourite online game is Team Fortress 2, favourite character to play with is the scout! (Although I love all of 'em).
    Bless the PS2 era...and all those awesome games... (applause to you if you were part of that gaming age, jack and daxter, sly, spyro, crash etc.)

Question, if Hinata is hated in Japanese forums
Why did she beat Sakura(small gap) in the last poll that SJ had in Japan(back in 2011)?

Yes, hinata does get hate for legit reasons tbh. Ive read a couple of comments myself and have a japanese friend who dislikes her, hahaha x)

Ill give you the answer. Because the time the poll was released was near the time hinata confessed to naruto, so im guessing that played a part, but other than that no doubt sakura tops the females in naruto, thats a fact according to the overall popularity poll, naruto merchandise, ads, etc. Sakura is the most reaccuring female.

Edit: About tthe character relatability with sakura. I feel that has played a part in her popularity, especialy amongst the japanese due to the same fiesty nature and body build. I mean they can relate to sakura more than hinata, I do too!! x)

I'm a guy and I do the same thing, especially around people I don't know. 

 

 

I can relate to Sakura, too. Her growth has been portrayed more, and gone farther than Hinata's, I think. Most of Hinata's growth was in part one, and she hasn't really contributed anything major to the series.

 

That said, I can also relate to Hinata's shyness. I'm rather uncomfortable around people in general until I get to know them, so I tend to not say much, and I don't like to step in any toes. I don't really open up until I have some idea how people will react to me, and my social inhibitions are only completely dropped around people I consider friends.

It's a lot easier to be myself online.

 

Well yeah, it's a humanly thing, everyone has those moments, and sometimes we show it

 

and I have the same problem, but it's not as exaggerated as Hinata's shyness

Maybe she'll cut her hair short like Samui's. Tying it back would be cool as well.

I'm interested to see what Kishi will do with it, since she covers up so it's not easy to make up a new design considering that. Her hair will probably be a little different.. A different hoodie, of course (she had a hoodie both in part one and two so I wouldn't be surprised if she has one in her movie design too, just a different one). The same pants, maybe a different colour. If not, similar pants.

it's still not clear what sakura's necklace is.. it almost looks like a ring lmao. it's probably just a circle, for the Haruno symbol, since she doesn't have it anywhere else on her casual clothes...
