Why?

Because I've grown tired of having Obito in the presence of Naruto as if he didn't do anything wrong. It's one of the many things I can't stand about Naruto. He's too quick to easily forgive people and/or pretends it never happened. Can't wait for Obito to die so I won't have to stomach this crap anymore. But it'll just be replaced by innocent Sasuke.

He also shouldn't have Sakura do something productive and then immediately fade back into the background and become a commentator or simply not appearing on panel at all. I can't stand this kittening trend he does with Sakura. He'd rather rehash some garbage Naru/Sasu dialogue with parallels and the almost non-existing bond.

I understand, i think it's mostly about her having protagonism.
She doesnt have her shining moments are of support and then fade in the background.
She would get some protagonism if she was actively involved on the plot.

As for Sakura's seal, depends if the seal gets depleted, otherwise it's there to stay.

Ok that was a good chapter lol didn't expect Obito to wake up this soon but it is what it is and gots push forward!!! Lol

Though after reading the chapter a few more times 2 things popped into my head.....

1: Obito is Definetly gonna die soon :(. Because Naruto's reaction after explaining Obitos recovery and Obitos understanding of his condition was a big hint of him not lasting long. Another was of how is he going to die which would be chakra exhaustion. Obito says that once he teleports he doesn't know that he'll be transporting to where Sasuke is exactly at. Which means that they may go to different dimensions first until they eventually get to Sasuke. The multiple trips between dimensions would exhaust Obito and the last trip back to where kaguya is at would be his final moment.

2: I don't know if I'm the only one but after seeing Sakura say that she'll give her chakra to Obito and naruto(clone) would give his to help out for the Kamui to work........did anyone thought that we might revisit that hospital scene with Sakura telling naruto that they would rescue Sasuke together this time in the next chapter??? O_O lol

Nice chapter!! At least things are moving along. What i want from the next chapter/s: 

• Sakura/Rin parallel, even if its a tiny one 
• If Obito is going to die (by the looks of it he is) he should give Kakashi his Sharingan
• Sasuke even if its in a small way acknowledges Sakura isn't useless :( 
• Sakura gets to keep her seal
• ​I don't really expect a ns moment the next few chapters but that's ok as long as Sakura gets involved in the story

For those of you who want a Rin parallel, why? What will it give us? People have predicted this for 50 chapters, or ever since Obito started pining over Rin.

 

I don't think a Rin parallel is what NS needs now, and Obito will supposedly be gone soon.

Agreed. NS needs actual progression towards becoming canon, not more pointless parallels that get NS nowhere.

Not need but pretty much say to others (not us) that this is it ok, deal with it. For us, we want developments, of course. But people need to wake up.

Well, we know Naruto and Sakura would do the job but don't know if it will use all of it. We just know that they are needed. It all depends on how Obito works it.

It doesn't add anything to NaruSaku itself and certainly doesn't move the pairing forward development wise. I guess I just don't understand why people are so eager for it.

Bragging rights of course. We did the same thing with the whole tug-of-war for MinaKushi.

In the peaceful world Naruto is trying to achieve, there don't seem to have a deterrent, the more hideous the crimes are. The villains can be redeemed, but you can't prevent them from doing evil acts even moreso than before when the payback is so small.

If I was an evil person, I would weigh the gains I would receive from the evil act and the payback I would get if I'm caught. The risk seems small enough to go on with the act since the highest justice in the Naruto-verse is all about forgiveness once you relay your sob story.

I guess it's all about preferences.

Personally i don't feel the Rin/Sakura thing a confirmation of narusaku so for me its not about pairing. I just like parallels in general, its interesting to me like AU versions of the same story.
