Yeah I think he will show up after the TnJ, so probably in 2 chapters? From the preview it looks like we will get Obito's final answer...it kind of stinks though.
Yep but for some reason i can smell a edo rinne tensei by the end of this arc.

Rin is dead, and has been dead for at least 17 years. She's in the past. Poor little girl..
But let's say 'what if'..Who will perform it? Why? Her body must be pretty much..disabled now. I think Nagato said something about a time limit, that you need to revive them shortly after or else it won't succeed.
Geee...it would just be horrible in every way.

It's funny because long time ago, I said Naruto is the only guy to talk to Obito and make him back to his old self. So...called it? Not sure. We'll see what's next because it can be either answer right away or one last thing before conclusion. It's like how Sasuke has to recap before giving his final decision.
cmon almost everyone knew that Naruto would have the major role in TNJing Obito. Now we don't know but will find out if Naruto fails or not in TNJing Obito.
This chapter is pretty important for Obirin and it pushes the idea that Obirin had a form of commitment between the 2 the same way Narusaku has. The one where Obito had a goal and Rin wanted to help him out.
But it also this one chapter feels like is adding a lot in regards to the Kakashi Gaiden. Thou arguably if Rin would have acted the way she acted in this chapter back then it would probably spoil some Narusaku moments. This way Kishi shows a retroactive way of paralleling. Also the way Rin gestured the hand is similar to the one Sakura did in 628.
Now according to this chapter what Obito is doing is trying to keep his promise to Rin, so oddly enough if Sakura would have been killed by Sasuke, Naruto would have tried to save him still.
Anyway it seems Obito is a stand point. Here we will see if he is TNJable or not. Thou personally I see Madara rear his ugly head and reveal even more nasty things. And probably the preview we saw a few chapters back will come about.

Not for her obviously, i mean Neji and the ninjas who died on a way to make up for his bad actions, pretty much telling that Obito doenst have any purpose on his life even if he came back, he already accepted he is wrong so probably he will give up his life to do something good, otherwise you cant expect the guy who made the war, killed 40,000 ninjas and Neji, SHikamaru's father and Ino's father to be forgiven and come back to konoha.

Well, I do believe Obito is being converted back to his old self from this, but for whatever reason, it ended with a cliffhanger on the decision. This is rather new, so it keeps all of us guessing if he will go back or stay, or if something else will happen in general. Usually, the answer is given once the question is asked. Nagato answered in the same chapter, Hashirama ended his story before Orochimaru ask Sasuke for his decision. This one literally left off with either the answer right away or one last thing before the conclusion.
The possibilities are actually plenty. One is he decide to go back immediately, two is to stay as he is, three is to recap his life before deciding with Naruto, four is to ask Naruto few more things before he finally answer him, and lastly is a twist that you would be the writer for this moment. Which one Kishi is going for? No clue and I am just going to wait.

Wasn't Nagato planning on reviving madara though? Madara was dead for like 17 years... I don't think there is a time-limit.
I feel like Edo was planned but the problem is that Nagato died and Kabuto got the body, which is why Tobi at the time was shocked because this was made for Tobi and Nagato.

That's right, but we don't know when he died. But Rin must have rotten in the cave for 17 years, Obito took her body after all. Oh, don't bring her back. That would be cruel.

You know, the more I read this chapter, the more I starting to like more. I think I like the fact that Naruto is really showing that he has a huge grudge with Obito for the path he take and the fact they are similar. Naruto is really the stronger man in here and it proves because Obito slowly realizes it. You know, perhaps there is more to it but we have to wait. We don't know if this is all it takes to understand everything. And you know, I do credit that past events in fight, regardless if one or another slows down the pace, does add up to this, like knowing that Obito was once lost to Juubi, only to win it back as Naruto already know that love is the key. So, I guess it's worth it when you think about it. If that moment didn't happen, Naruto wouldn't know about it. That moment was vital to Naruto's talk. So yeah, kudos.

Actually I think the way characters act she will blame herself for Obito's wrongdoings. Because she died and couldn't watch over him. Thou I understand Rin is only remembered but also feels she is the only character that didn't get a closure. So what if she isn't actually dead and Madara managed to take her and keep her somewhere until now?

I revisited the chapter and he didnt picked up her body.
Anyway, i dont think he would revive her, it wont make up for his mistakes.

I couldn't care less. Honestly, NH is a fan exclusive, not story relevant anymore. That's just me.
