With the Rinnegan, Madara should have access to Human and Hell Realms' abilities. He could remove Hashirama's soul (assuming that the abilities of Rikudou Sennin override the binding effect of Edo Tensei like the Sword of Totsuka does) or have it sealed via the King of Hell. So that gives Madara the necessary tools to succeed. On the other hand, Hashirama has not shown any sealing techniques.

sorry but you are wrong here... That's because also SQ releases comes out earlier compared with the official releases.

Magazines are sold earlier under the counter in some stores (like a liquor store that I know in somewhere of Tokyo).

 

If the japan read officially the chapter 656 of Naruto on Monday 02th Dec, we're able to read it earlier on internet on Wedsneday 27th Dec simply because that issue will be put up for sale earlier under the counter. It's the same for all manga magazines, not only WSJ and SQ Jump.

 

Personally I can't believe that any company would allow for anyone to release the product early especially with how Nintendo and Game Freak were cracking down on people leaking information about Pokemon X & Y prior to the release.

While that's right, Madara does have the rinnegan, one of the powers allows you to rip people's souls from the body. He hasn't shown to be able to do though so who knows.
