Well, it's not like there is no other mutual pairings in other manga's, it's just this one got 15 years of story, and we got nothing at all in the end.

You don't mislead readers for 15 kittening years. Throughout the entire manga, just to slip the bomb in the last chapter. That's an asspull. A mislead is meant to go on for a little while, then you give hints to expose the truth.
I do not think the word 'mislead' means what kishi thinks it means.

That last part is challenging for some. Sadly I came to the hate side. I don't blame that person at all. Identifiable.Meganezaru from tumblr posted this conversation with a NaruSaku fan from Twitter. Too tired to copy and paste this here:

I've heard a lot about this Tokyo Ghoul over the past few days, is it good? What's it about?
Heck yeah it's good. Google it. LOL. It's about ghouls and many many manyyyyy other things that happen to the MC. Vague description is vague, I know. But it's better for you to read it without knowing much about it.

Naruto: No! You can't give up! Never give in to the Curse of Hatred - oh, wait...
Hinata: Naruto-kun, what's this I hear about you telling people not to give up again?
Naruto: Er, um... nothing?
Hinata: That's right. Now go tell our son Bolt how you can't be his father all the time, even though you have Ninja Powers that would specifically let you do just that!
Naruto: Yes honey... (Sakura-chan, help! )
Sakura: Shannaro!
Hinata: No! My plans!
SP: Don't worry. We got this. Release....the KISHIMOTO.

Same here ! I'd like to know if this manga is really THAT amazing ! I heard that the anime wasn't long enough so the things were rushed or something along the lines !

It is! It's a seinen manga, meaning it is directed to older males (17-40).
Though the anime is bad (SP, ugh), it's the main reason the manga is getting very famous now.
One thing though: If you don't like gore, forget this manga, but knowing that you read Akame ga Kill, you should be able to deal with this.
EDIT: You don't necessarily have to start the anime. You wouldn't miss anything tbh.

If you like seinen and gore mangas, with an amazing art, you should totally read Berserk !

It's almost like a spoiler to tell you how Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul:RE are connected with each other. I'm pretty sure everyone in here who reads the manga agrees with me. If I told you that, one of the most important moments would be ruined for you!

Tokyo Ghoul is the first part of the saga (kinda like naruto part 1 and 2) while RE is the second one (including a four year timeskip).
Toyko Ghoul is finished while RE is ongoing. And for Ghould: RE i advise you to read it on mangafox because RE chapter 7 misses 4 pages or so...

From the storyline the entire anime was good. It's just the pacing... A lot of things felt rushed, and I could tell, even as a non-Manga reader. Oh the final fight was great (could have been better animated though). I hate the ending, too, but remember there is Season 2 coming out in January.

Who knows, but I do like it's at a normal pace because it's genuine and rather something that all hate comes in one, which would be noticeable.Does it seem like a few of the reviews on YJ were deleted? I could have sworn that the overall amount was greater before an hour or two ago.

I would read Tokyo Ghoul, but it looks really scary. And brutal
It is... If you read AoT you should be fine though
