A post-apocalyptic based game.

Yes, another one. Because of course. I suspect we're going to get quite a bit of that this coming year. I ever tell you guys I can't wait for 2013 when all this bull**** is passed?

Oh and the apocalypse in the game involves fungus.

Sigh.

If I were a drinking man this would be about where I'd take a pull; 2012 is going to be a loooooooong year.

No. We were teased a major PS3 exclusive announcement at the awards. Then a short viral video hit the net of the exclusive, teasing it a bit earlier. I assume we'll learn more at the VGA's, but I'm not at all excited. I'm not looking forward to the fact that 2012 is going to be one long year of apocalypse related crap as it is, like '99.

Can't wait until 2013; but then again, I'm sure they'll have a new can't-fail date for it just to piss me off and people will buy it because of course.

Put in my reservation yesterday (Amazon's Omega battle and playable character ftw! 8D) and started replaying FF 13 to refresh myself on the game and story =3

I like the clean look of the new Xbox dashboard, but I'll wait and see on the TV offerings. The BBC will be including its iPlayer on Xbox from next year, which is a plus.

Personally, due to my deafness, it really depends on one thing - subtitles. I can get subtitles on the iPlayer on PC and PS3. I never use the Lovefilm streaming, because it doesn't use subtitles at all. down.gif Hmm, thinking about it, I'm not sure if 4OD and ITV use subtitles on their online streaming services... must remember to check it out.

I probably won't download the updates until Friday, as work is really busy. I'll be able to see what I really think of the new updates then. happy.gif
