Allow me to give you a basic lesson in english:
When using Nouns in sentences there are certain rules to follow. Words like Women and men for example are plural nouns. This means that they are used to address Large groups of, Oh I don't know, Women and men.
Now here is what I said. Because you apparently did not understand allow me to bold the important parts that prove you wrong:
