I'm having a class every Friday. While I'm at my free time, I'm learning more Japanese because I'm planning to take proficiency test next year.

Nope. I'll be graduating this March as intended. Environmental planning is more on management and development of land in different aspects. Like economic, social, urban and regional, governing laws, integrated land use and natural resource management and infrastructure systems. Basically it's the whole city/land that is going to be planned.

Yes yes.  I can read and write Hiragana and Katakana since elementary school. All that's left for me are vocabularies, some grammars, and kanji. Although I could read a few kanji, it is the most difficult to learn in Japanese language. Chinese is more complicated than Japanese though.
