There was a filler before CPR scene. It explain how she become chunnin, i guess this confirm that those filler is cannon ....
That filler was ridiculous. they could have done something legitimately good but they screwed it up majorly

I forget weren't according to the databooks their were varying ages from when everyone became chunin. it was 2 /12 between part one and part two and a chunin exam was coming up at the beginning i always just assumed people got promoted throughout the 4-5 exams that happen in the time in between the parts.

Becoming a Chunin, in the end, was usually at the discretion of each village's Kage, so even if other Kages who may witness the exams don't agree on someone being promoted, that person's own Kage may think otherwise and give them the promotion anyway after the exams are over. As it was mentioned in the series, the Chunin Exams themselves are more or less sort of a small "proxy war" of sorts in order for villages to show off their shinobi's strength and abilities in order to stave off potential war in the near-future more so than actually deciding on who gets promoted, but the thought of promotion would give the Genin teams incentive to perform at their absolute best as well.
Some people can become Chunin on their very first try after the exams (Shikamaru and others previously), and some may never make it, like Dai (Gai's father, the "Eternal Genin").
I could see ones like Sakura and Neji making it early on after all they had learned and experienced while others, like Hinata, were probably later (even if, again, discounting the SP original Hinata wanking filler, I say that with how she's been displayed ever since she first appeared in Part 2, she never should have made Chunin)..

The Last weekend did more than Boruto, but because of one day extra, it did more. It garnered 406 million weekend, while The Last did around 515 million. But again, an extra day. Or you can calculate the other way such as doing Friday and Saturday, it still won't beat The Last.Hey we know what the last did it first weekend but what about the gaiden?
As for Gaiden, no words on it yet. Be advised: the movie was released on that week, so sale can be boosted because of hype.

I think it's safe to say that the people who went to see the movie are also the ones who will buy Gaiden.
Anyone with half a brain left. The ones that are left are the hardcore fans who don't really care.
Which I've told you - time and time again - is dangerous! There will never be consensus, son, among those you have helped to ascend. They will all differ in their views of what it means to be free. The peace you so desperately seek does not exist.
These men are united now by a common cause. But when this battle is finished they will fall to fighting amongst themselves about how best to ensure control. In time it will lead to war. You will see.

Well...and I know this sounds crazy, but this movie did prove one thing....NH and SS can't sell anything. The fact that the pro-enders think that SS and Nh are the end all and be all of Naruto stuff, but shown that the Japanese couldn't give a rat's ass about them or their kids. They just wanted Naruto and Sasuke kitten erotic brokeback konoha action. So whatever good can come from it, it is this.

hinata is still a chuunin lmaoo
forever stuck at fifteen years old.
She looks like she is 15 years old. And ohhhh, what a great "Elite Ninja" - but only Chuunin level ... yeah yeah, whatever. Seems like she retired after SP and Kishimoto gave her Naruto.

The power of forgiveness in this manga is insane!. It doesn't matter how many people you murdered, doesn't matter how many times you hurt someone. Just say 'IM SORRY' and you'll become as clean as a newborn child without sins ...
An out of control man needs a strong woman to control him.
And even a violent woman will become soft and tender to the man she love.

I'll never understand how Orochimaru and Kabuto are allowed to walk around free with everything they've done. If it were up to me Sasuke and them should be locked up in prison for the rest of their lives.

I don't know how old some of the people here on this forum are, but when I was first introduced to anime/manga it had more of a underground/cult following. Some of the anime I used to watch when I was a kid were Beast King GoLion (aka...Voltron), Space Battleship Yamato (aka...Star Blazers), and Mazinger Z (aka...Tranzor Z). Back in the '80s, where I grew up if you were a anime/manga fan you were thought of somewhat as a nerd or a total freak and people made fun of you and treated you like a social outcast. Some still do treat you this way, but being more mainstream I think that its getting more accepted. You had to go into hiding if you wanted to enjoy your hobby peacefully back then.
If you wanted to get your anime/manga fix, you just couldn't buy anime/manga from your neighborhood store like you can now. You had to either fly to Japan (which was extremely expensive then, more than it is now when you include inflation), another way to get it was hope your friends in Japan could mail you a copy or two of their already read manga or anime that they don't watch anymore, or you had to go to the closest urban area like San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York and frequent the Chinatowns in the city to get your fix. News from Japan with the newest anime/manga titles didn't spread as fast as it does now with the advent of the Internet and smartphones. Back then we had to lug around Beta and VHS tapes instead of watching it on high quality television sets these days with HD DVD/Blu-Ray.
What I am trying to say is technology is both a good and bad thing and brought Japan closer for everyone.

Robotech is not macross

The bad thing about technology for manga and anime industry is piracy.
The good thing is we got it for free
