Honestly, part of me thinks that its just a way for Kishi to rebel. All the terrible interviews, destroyed characters, especially that of his main hero and heroine points to him not accepting the ending, but not being in a position to do anything about it. Naruto, the one of old, would never, ever say the things he said about Tsunade. The Sakura of old would never take Sasuke's kitten and be as shallow as she turned out to be.

I just got word that the translator for the Kakashi novel that he explained that Naruto was only teasing not being series when Tsunaded was not fit to become Hokage. Is this true?

 

 

It was mentioned that Sakura became like an older sister to Hinata in the movie and became a NH match maker. And I'm too busy to revist Chatte's old thread because thats where the summaries are. I just wish if anyone can remember them to post them here.

In the newish movie discussion thread Swagkura had posted several posts giving a play by play of the movie.

This just broke my heart...  Look at how Naruto cared for her while Sasuke...could only see Naruto  ! (Here she started to look like her old self...  )

Yeah I hated that panel. It was just another part 1 style Sakura that eventually was brought back, made canon, and the part 2 version of her that I like was forgotten about. She might as well have said, "Why is it always Naruto and not my Sasuke-Kun...." Uhg

I get why they would say that. The Sakura that we got now is a terrible character. There is no question about it.

She wasn't and never will be.

It's a shame, that Kishimoto kittented on Sakura so much, and thing will only get worse. 

Oh... how much negativity could be avoided by simple getting where story pointed, but Kishimoto wanted "shocking ending" and killed major part of story, good work.

Talking about red herring, this site created when? Around 10 years ago. Why is there no such for even one of those "true luv/plannedfromthebeggining" pathetic attempts at calling "couple"?

I guess because those sites would collect dust or become fanfiction-based in those ten years. Kishimoto kittened up on of the best couple's in Shonen Jump of this generation. I still can't belive that this is the end of 15 years of Naruto, I guess I will never belive it.
