When using Nouns in sentences there are certain rules to follow. Words like Women and men for example are plural nouns. This means that they are used to address Large groups of, Oh I don't know, Women and men.

 

Now here is what I said. Because you apparently did not understand allow me to bold the important parts that prove you wrong:

You is a word used to get someone's attention. To the reader this word is also used to indicate who the speaker is speaking to. When coupled with Women this allows the reader to understand that the the person is addressing a large group of women.

 

For those of us who don't understand Kindergarten english, this establishes that I am addressing every single woman on the world not just Tsuki.
