IDK Its pretty hard to pinpoint what she was feeling in that page (sympathy? Jealousy?) could be anything some SS fans say that Sakura was (obviously) sympathizing with Hinata liking Naruto because it parallels her liking Sasuke.

Lol that makes no sense. There was absolutely nothing hinting that. If that's what that scene was about, Sakura would have been picturing Sasuke, not Naruto...

That's why many people convice that naruto will love Hinata back because of that.
