And during the guilt trip, sometimes Sakura shows up next to Naruto to show him how stupid he was to not notice Hinata. Sorta like the Christmas carol movie. You know the one with the ghosts. Uh......

My heart went out to NS more than NH because I liked Naruto more even though Hinata is (was) an ok character. I wanted the heroine to end up with a great guy and the one she was starting to have new feelings for. It wasn't fair how Scummoto deliberately "mislead" and trolled the romance fans just to have an unexpected ending. He should've just stuck to one couple and developed on that.
Scummoto himself admitted that the movie was made because "it wouldn't be fair" to NH fans to not see how Naruto and Hinata got together because Kishimoto was too busy focusing on NaruSaku in order to "mislead" everyone.

They really look bad together. Hinata looks very womanly in that dark lipstick and kimono but her eyes are scary. Naruto looks harsh with that haircut and what's with the bleached blond hair?
They look very out-of-character like a Sex and City version of Naruto and Hinafa lol.

I think Kishi may have originally intended to kill off Neji and Choji during the Sasuke Retrieval arc, but he chose not to for whatever reason. Can you imagine how drastic of a difference in tone and story divergence there would be if those two were already dead at the beginning of Part 2?

He had to be the human sacrifice for NaruHina's love so it could flourish. Hinata basically guilt tripped Naruto with that one too :hm:
