Nope, it just felt so out of place and forced. I now understand what the japanese fans felt when they saw those scenes. Terrible.

Don't watch any other scenes from this sh*tty movie! That 11 minute movie is pure poison.

- then there are memories of Hinata talking to Sakura ( like at the shop etc)
- Hinata feeling depressed when she sees Naruto with the fangirls
- and the always foreshadowed memory of when they were children and Iruka asked them to write the person's name they would like to spend the last minute before they die with on a letter.

So it's nothing positive just sadness.Maybe you can consider her giving him a gift that he regifted to Sakura a happy moment. The rest are just there to make Naruto feel guilty that he has thought of more then one woman? lol

 

I'll never understand the idea that a person who doesn't just fall to their knees to one person is horrible, well someone who obsesses over just one person is God like and pure. Most people in real life don't just think of one person they are attracted to their whole lives.

I saw a bit of the movie where Naruto goes through the guilt trip and sees all Hinata's memories. It's disgusting how they used Sakura as cupid. Truly awful.

As I said earlier, the most egregious thing is the rivalry bit coming from Sakura of all people. This movie is nothing but an insult to those who read the manga because it declared the entire manga irrelevant.

It's truly like Kishi and SP just stopped caring. You know how you do the same thing for a long time and it just wears on you, so you really can't find the capacity to care about it anymore? It's like that, except that they spit on everybody else that was invested. I mean, who actually won? NH was confirmed by Kishi to be a pity ship. SS was the result of that, so by extension, that was a pity ship as well. Not to mention, neither Sakura or Naruto are Sakura and Naruto in those ships, as both their character development got yanked out from under their feet for the sake of princess Hinata, who has had zero impact on this story. Whoops, just kidding, she impacted the ground twice. Sakura got turned into a housewife at the hands of a man that has never loved her, and is more likely to abuse her than treat her right, given his history. Naruto got turned into a scumbag. The entirety of the cast got turned into a gagglekitten of nonsense, for the sake of Hinata.

^Thats my favorite quote from Itachi, and one of my favorite quotes in the series. Hell that's a great quote period. Basically, if you think in terms of that quote when regarding the ending, it's like Kishi made the ending so terrible to tell fans to make up their own realities and live by them. That's how horrible it was. Maybe he got forced into it by SP, and that's why the ending was bad, he deliberately destroyed the credibility of the things that he didn't want to happen. Those two characters depicted in the last two chapters and the movie are not my Sakura or Naruto, they're unrecognizable to me. So, as Itachi alluded to, I'll live in my own reality, one where I have a Naruto and Sakura that I recognize, and they're where they belong; in each other's arms. And occasionally, when it comes to Naruto, in the ground. In a crater. Because he probably deserved it. XD

Apparently NH happened because Kishimoto wanted to "reward" Hinata for always supporting Naruto.
What about rewarding Naruto who always loved Sakura? Sakura who deserved better than a guy who treated her like trash? The main character and the heroine's well-being were put below a side character's.
I get that Hinata's cute and sweet but Rock Lee also liked Sakura and so did Ino and Karin to Sasuke and Jiraiya to Tsunade. I feel it's unfair how Hinata was singled out for true-love-coming-true.
I would've supported NH if there had been no NaruSaku and the Team 7 dilemma never went so haywire. I supported NS because it made sense but also for Naruto and Sakura's own well-being after the clash with Sasuke. It's such a disappointment how the pairings turned out.
Kishimoto made me a NaruSaku fan when he always secretly had another end couple in mind. That is very cruel of an author.

Yep, Naruto would be a terrible man if he didn't love Hinata. Just like how Sakura would be a terrible woman if she didn't love Sasuke.

Last time I checked, that special has a great reason to do guilt trip or rather understand your action. This one is she must win you because she does.
