wow, we SERIOUSLY underestimated this movie. This does not bode well

Its not the movie that's underestimated  the movie is still a giant fanservice inconsistent piece of crap , what's underestimated is the amount of Otakus there are in this fandom & anime industry that's where they get their cash from now  nothing more nothing less . Those are the people who care not about the story the characters , the consistent writing  and development like a proper story should be No !!! These are the people who only care about getting their fanservice and nothing more even its crap written all over it they'll take it with a spoon and this is exactly what Hayao Miyazaki was talking about  and was completely right about it . The anime industry as whole is turning into one giant piece of fanservice crap without any good story and character development which should be the essence of their work  but sadly its all falling apart bc there are to many illiterate stupid people aka Otakus .

The contrast between Hinata's design in this movie and the Last is strong. It just goes to show, that Kishimoto never cared about whatever sex appeal her fanboys are always screaming about. Or any other made up facts they liked to throw around.

Remember his original design for her for the the last wasn't that sexy it was SP's modifications that made it into the outfit we see in the movie.

Can some expert clear up the confusion here, some people here said the movie is success it reach 2 mil usd in 1-3 days while other said in order to success we need to see how it goes in next week or in long run or how it sales in other country.

More or less this also apparently. Their are about 450,000 people that went to see the movie. The reason why so few had such an impact is the fact that movie tickets in Japan are apparently very expensive.

I could honestly care less if the movie is a success at this point. I just want Naruto to go into the abyss and never show its ugly ass face ever again

Speaking of ugliness, I really cannot see the appeal of NaruHina at all. Especially in this movie, where Naruto looks more like Hinata's sugar daddy than her husband.

ah that depends, I'm sure that in japan there are some people that are okay with the ending for the same reason some people are okay with it here

 

Besides the focus on Sasuke and SN probably gained the attention of some fans who didn't like the ending and the last but still like Sasuke or the SN pairing...the fact that the canon pairings remained in the background and didn't even talk with each other must've helped too

Movies are fine. It's one time ordeal. Plus it is something everyone can go, not just fan. Plus this is the last movie (for a while longer at least like others), so it's pretty big deal.

Truth be told it doesn't matter who's the heroine. Because at this point you'll be treated horribly regardless of your title.

It pisses me off to see that title was handed to Hinata just like everything else, but right now the title that one bears is meaningless.

She never should have even made Chunin, which is another huge inconsistency when you consider how becoming Chunin was explained in Part 1; aside from power (another lesson completely dropped; power not being everything, but skill, teamwork, etc.), you needed to show leadership qualities (who the heck would trust their lives to her to lead them?), awareness of your surroundings (considering all the times she got captured and such...), making smart decisions both planned AND on the spot (deathbed confession), and so on. The only reason Hinata was even made a Chunin was simply to keep her at "the same level" as the other rookies for Part 2.

There was a filler before CPR scene. It explain how she become chunnin, i guess this confirm that those filler is cannon ....

That filler was a joke, cause they needed to get back to airing canon episodes, so they literally gave everybody the Chenin title by default.
