Guess all I should say is, look at the trope "Like parent like spouse" on tvtropes, look at the anime/manga section and look under Naruto, that should be enough, it even says how Naruto is the opposite to Hinata's  own father (Hisashi) right under the immediate section. But there is a difference, no fallback parallels or build up on NH for this stuff is there?

I looked on tvtropes and it seems there was a blurb about chapter 631 and it was blocked out.

I just rewatched Naruto OVA 2011 and its So kittening perfect. I think we all imagined something similar playing out, however since its kinda been done Idk if it play out like that. 

 

Just to make sure the what happened with the OVA, its not canon right, just something the anime team put together?

OVA 2011 is just great. Again, these two fighting just for a title is ok, but a lot of media has been portraying Naruto vs. Sasuke as a epitome of all battles, let alone battle to the death. That out of the way, I don't know how many times I can see that NS moment because it felt like it can happen and doesn't feel OOC.

I looked on tvtropes and it seems there was a blurb about chapter 631 and it was blocked out.

 

Those sections are just hidden text, you need to highlight them to see them.

 

Usually those things are major story points that are blocked out, basically spoilers for those looking up the trope for the direct moment it may come in.

 

I mean another trope ship sinking, under Naruto it describes how SasuKarin, and SasuSaku were shaken highly because of the land of iron events, it also says anything with Neji is dead because he himself is dead but it also says how his sacrifice caused some ship-to-ship fan combat and how many fandoms argued it was romantic or just friendship when it was simply just his choice to protect both of them and for the sake of the story being a complete reversal of when he tried to kill Hinata, he ended up protecting her and Naruto (well Naruto showed him he does have freedom). Though the hand holding part, from what it looks like now, its simply just friendship and acknowledgement.

I usually ignore those posts as well, but this time she directly attacked me, so to speak. Plus, I felt very offended by her reaction. For Gods sake there were posts in the Sakura tag with people saying about nasty fics where Sakura gets killed by Hinata in a very bad way or gets raped by Sasuke, yet, then she did not say anything. Yet now, on a comic thats so close to cannon situation reacts like that and disrespects the work of someone? Really now...

Not to mention she pretty much ignores the pain Sasuke brings to Sakura and acts like it is ok bringing all these arguments that somehow, goes around the whole cannon thing.

Do not ignore them occasionally ignore them permanently and worst when they are so rude.

How can someone ignore Naruto's love for Sakura when he has said multiple times that he loves her. It's all the same thing. And no, I'm not trying to be offensive. It's just that the people who don't want NaruSaku to happen just push aside the truth and make a lot of stuff up. So like FrenchMyToast said. It just doesn't make sense.

Well in order for the sasusaku pairing to actually become cannon. People think that the excuse they should make is that everyone alongside naruto and the alliance will help out sasuke and his plan and sakura will think it's a magical plan and fall romantically in love with him and they can run off together. It's just pointless stuff people ate saying which won't happen. You can't really kill off the tailed beasts at this moment, they can only be sealed in my opinion so they can say whatever.

Totally agreed. Last I Chexked the show isn't called sasuke. I could have sworn that I was reading NARUTO. I don't see how having naruto become support fodder for sasuke s plan and have sasuke save the world and run of in the distance with the girl of narutos dreams makes sense.

Things are gonna get hazy in the next volume. I sense that's shyts gonna hit the fan and sasuke s gonna do somethin drastic since the juubi can't be destroyed. I see a resolved obito and has hashirama said sasuke becoming the next modern day madara. I still firmly believe that the juubi will have to be taken control of. Hands down and will need to be sealed to be controlled. Don't see obito doing it. And I still think that they're gonna try to act on the moons eye plan. They can't just forget about that. That's where the break in fighting is gonna come in.

Sakura is on her way to maturity. He wants to trust sasuke but she can't it's a point that's been made over and over again through te course of this volume, by other characters and right back to Sakura. She's afraid that something between him and naruto is gonna happen. And she's gonna fear for naruto. She was there when he said that he's gonna die along with him. I see some extreme narusaku goodness starting to happen a volume or two from now.

And Kakashi plz don't die :(

whoa I didn't think my comic would make someone so angry haha. Oh well it's her opinion I guess. But she shouldn't be so angry over a fan comic I quickly sketched.

But I really wish people, in terms of anime/manga, would think more like the Japanese fandom. They seem to know what's up and don't seem so on the offensive to "rival" shippers. Weird how we like the same series yet act and think so different.

Anyone saw sawyer's review on 635? It was a decent review, however I almost fell off my chair when he mentioned something that caught my attention. He said that Hinata might play an important role when it comes to Kakashi and Obito (according to him). I don't understand, why would he think that??? It doesn't make sense to me what does Hinata has to do with Kakashi and Obito??? Is he insinuating she's a parallel to Rin? Hinata doesn't have the slightest clue who Obito is so why is she going to play an important role between these two characters?

Her words what she wants to think and happen, but she knows that it's false and she shows it by her smile that there's something up with Sasuke.

It's all lies, because she did that before, when on before her confession Sai talked with her and he believe that they were going after Sasuke and even give that smile, but then her plan was to put them to sleep and and face Sasuke alone.

Sai on that time discovered her plan but was too late, this time is different he already know that smile and he caught her, so next chapter we will get Sakura's response.

I'm sorry, but why are people confused by this? I am not understanding why this is such a confusing topic. Have none of you ever lied to a person before?

Friend: "Are you okay? You seem sad."
You *putting on fake smile*: "Yes, I am fine. Don't worry."

Sorry to single you out Haunted Cake, but this seems to be from several people. I never had a problem nor confusion about that part and knew Sakura was lying, but trying to cover up her insecure thoughts with fake smiles. She doesn't want anyone to see that she doesn't trust Sasuke.

I took it for Naruto's sake. She is purposely lying because she knows Naruto actually does trust Sasuke right now and she doesn't want Naruto to think that she has already lost faith in bringing Sasuke back. She is still doing stuff for Naruto's sake and doesn't want Naruto to worry anymore. Although, to besides Naruto they can tell something isn't right.

Again, read Sai's words like this: "Your words may sound sincere, but your smile says a different story." It is quite possible for her words to sound sincere, but she is still lying or at least hiding something.
