On that cover, doesn't that look like part 1 Hinata? o.O Maybe I'm looking at it wrong, but her hairstyle is from when she was younger, or maybe she has it up. Hard to tell.

By zooming the screen it looks like Hinata from part two.
My two sense tells me this is more about Hinata and has nothing to do with Sasuke, but if they want to hold that as a hint for SS, then let them do so, it will just show the level of desperation they have. Secretly loving someone will not allow you to hurt the persen you love with malice intention or try to kill them 3 times without hesitation, but shyly loving (Hinata) and thinking about the person all the time in this genjutsu world will make you more aggressive to the person you love.
This genjetsu perfectly apply to Hinata been more open and aggressive about how she feels, and change Sasuke from curently hating Naruto, Sakura, Kakashi and Konoha to liking them, not caring about any girl to be caring about all the girls.

I think I see another person next to Hinata to the left. Look closely. You can see the nose and mouth, and the speech bubble is coming from the left side.

Here's a little something from the Rock Lee series promoting the movie:
welp, looks it's confirmed that's pretty much what our reaction will be like when we watch it. On a side note, I wondered why they didn't show Neji reacting to Ero-Neji. that would've been hilarious
