It’s negative because of how underwhelming the movie was compared to what SP had advertised and because of how clusertkitten the whole plot was. Too many discrepancies with the manga and random out-of-the-blue “facts” were made up. The characterizations for several of the characters were very off, and I blame SP for not knowing what they were doing and Kishimoto for pretty much not caring at all. For such a hyped movie to come right after the ending of one of the biggest manga in the world caused there to be a lot of backlash. The characters do things that feel out of character, or make them look like terrible people. Despite it being the “Last”, the animation wasn’t done as well as it couldn’t have been.

There are also outside factors about why people thought it was bad, such as SP’s marketing and the fact that there couldn’t be any refunds. There were of course enjoyable aspects of the movie, but as many of the fans are saying, the good parts were tarnished by the overwhelming bad parts. Think of it this way: you know it’s bad when SP has to do damage control.

Anyways, instead of this movie, I recommend getting Guardians of the Galaxy or maybe taking a nap.

What fandom won’t speak up when something happening in the canon doesn’t suit well with them? Why would we close our eyes? I think the Western fandom (and actually the West has a whole) has this very unhealthy perception of Eastern countries and peoples (in this case Japan). And the fact that they believe they can speak for us and our problems is quite ridiculous. They have no propriety. I don’t care if they’re “learning” about it, or live there, or whatever, they honestly have no propriety to talk for a Japanese person. Do you know the movie/book “Memoirs of a Geisha”? I laugh. Many westerners like to erase our traditions and make up facts about it in any ways they want. 

Mostly, I think the NH is accepted, if not the logic behind it. And overall, more criticism on Naruto than any other character in the movie. Really,

Yeah, plus the ending to Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 showed an obvious NS moment, copnsidering it's a better ending than what we did get.

It was after the Hidden Leaf is shown repaired. Naruto was waking up from a dream about his parents, and then when he's out, Sakura sees him, smiles, stands up, and then looks at him from afar as the other villagers come to greet the hero. it's very sweet but simple, plus it shows Obito beaten back for the time, and leads to a sequel easily...

I feel so sorry for her for having to watch this kitten  but  I thank her for giving this info  Japan hates  the ending enough said XD  

 

I  also feel sorry  that she feels offended by the west  and she's right  we take their culture for granted that's not ok at all .

 

Also  NH is accepted if there is no logic behind it   so its really not LOL  XD

Oh anything can. As I said in one of my "Good Things Coming From Naruto" segment, I did say if you finished watching The Last, you are qualified to do anything, unlocking resistance to see anything, including Twilight series, The Last Airbender, and so on.
