Honestly I give no kittens about their pity reactions much less about the anime , right now I'm just laughing hard bc of how desperate they look  but they know what's to come in 635 and later Sasuke calling her useless letting her to die etc so what does this change really in the grand scheme of what's to come ? Its insane really  but its nothing new this is SS we are talking about lol .

I want to make an announcement. I stopped translating things. I'm tired of being involved in the pairing wars. And could you guys stop sending me links of SS fans insulting me or talking bad about me to my inbox? Frankly speaking, I don't want to ruin my Friday evening seeing those links.

I wasn't part of it, but thank you for telling everyone that. It's upsetting to see someone bashing a member. Not a fanclub, a member. So I hope we don't have to bring the insulting words to you or anyone else.

Regardless its good that you're taking a little hiatus from this, the less you're involved the less your inbox will be spammed. We could probably figure some way around this so you don't have to pt up with all the spam 

 

Why don't we just make a "ask translators thread" or something?

Oh man , people getting tire  I think Kishimoto is taking so long to choose his official couple, but  what we can do it seems he will do it until the end no romance, no confessions just family, but in the end nobody knows .

Thanks for understanding. Apparently, I made myself an enemy of SS fans on tumblr by translating Kakashi's statement on this website. I'll take a hiatus on translations to not have to bother with all these comments from SS fans and to let the members of this site know that I don't plan to battle against SS fans like a raging bull. I only want to stay within this site.

I thought I shouldn't make a thread for such a small announcement so I just wrote it here. Sorry, for disrupting the flow and please continue on with your discussions

For the record though, I'm not saying it will play similar way. What I'm saying is the transition. It's like "Woohoo! We won," then a minute later, we have to get to the real business. That's how enemy of my enemy is my friend works. Otherwise, many of them in other series would be dealt with easy if there's no transition.

People were sending you links of people bashing you? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I can't believe people were actually doing that.

Well, anyway. We understand your decision, and sorry that you had to deal with that (trashing you for translating like two sentences. ridiculous). Thank you for everything you've done for us so far, we really appreciate it! I look forward to your continuing to post here.

that's a good idea. We used to have one, but it kinda died off haha... We'd have to ask the translators if they'd be okay with it, though.

My, my, my, this certainly has been entertaining.

Anyways, just a quick, slightly off topic question. What are your thoughts on Hiruzen? Just wanna know. Personally I just can't bring myself to like him. Not only for the whole Danzo deal, but something keeps me from liking a guy that sat back, did nothing, and watched while an innocent child pretty much got tortured psychologically for years on end, all while he had the power to put an end to it. If there was one thing that I wish, it would be that Minato would be absolutely furious with the man, even though Minato is partly responsible for Naruto's treatment.

This is just wrong. Hiruzen had the power but he couldn't prevent Naruto from being psychologically tortured? Naruto's greatest pain was that he wasn't treated like a human but more like a pest by the people of Konoha. It may be true that Hiruzen was the most powerful person in Konoha but that doesn't mean he had the power to control how every person in the village felt about Naruto. Hiruzen was not a dictator to force people to alter their emotions!  It was Miinato's wish that the truth about Naruto should be kept a secret. Minato was trying to protect his son and Hiruzen was just doing what Minato wanted. 

 

Hiruzen always tried his most to help Naruto and ease Naruto's pain of loneliness. Even though Naruto, as a kid ,was an obnoxious prankster, Hiruzen never punished him but instead understood why Naruto acted so. Hiruzen gave Naruto the chance to become a ninja to prove himself. He convinced Iruka, who had suffered similar pain as as a boy, to look after Naruto. Iruka has been one of the most important people in Naruto's life. Hiruzen then appointed Kakashi to mentor Naruto. Naruto became a ninja with a strong will of fire partly due to Hiruzen's efforts and this helped Naruto form newer bonds with Team Seven which eased his loneliness.

 

Hiruzen has done his best to help Naruto and this is why he is one of the people that Naruto respects the most.

But I know Hiruzen made a rule that no one should speak about the fact that the Kyuubi was sealed inside Naruto. The adults knew, but weren't allowed to speak of it. The kids didn't but they ostracised him anyway because their parents did.

I think that Chie-san is in love with Sasuke's VA, not with SS

Seems to me Chie has a slight dislike for Sakura given her criticism of Sakura's confession to Naruto and the comment she wrote on her real blog about yesterday's episode.

 

I'm guessing Chie doesn't ship Sakura with anyone since she doesn't think to highly of the character.

I don't think so, there is a part of the comment in which she also reconizes that Sakura has some merits for being so strong while coming from a normal family.
