Somebody confirmed in the comments that Killer Bee's still alive. Apparently the new Sand ninja with the black hair and paint on his face is Gaara's son, while the cloud ninja with blonde hair is Darui and Samui's child. All these fricking kids, lmfao...

 

Wasn't Samui still trapped in that pot... thing? I don't remember what it was called. Guess they got her out somehow, though more likely Kishimoto just forgot.

Naruto is the type of series that shouldn't have a next generation sequel.

Themes like surpassing the previous generation and finding peace for the shinobi world, make it so that any sequel will make it look like the main cast failed in their goals. ( which is exactly what the rookies look like, failures.) Kishimoto made really bad on himself, when he not only gave Naruto and Sasuke god powers, but allowed them to keep them, ensuring that any villain they deal with, should be dealt with easily and that if any ninja best them, it will look like horrible writing.( which is exactly what Gaiden and the movie look like, the result of bad writing being publish.)

That what I'm saying Naruto or Sasuke should be able to deal with any threat with ease because they are the world strongest men. so the only way for anything to be a threat to Bolt and Salad is not to have them around and only have them intervene so they can one shot the enemy and show how powerful they are by defeating an enemy that their kids were having difficulties with. Instead the opposite has happen they nerf them so that a threat could be menacing and Bolt be able to handle it.

Heads-up:

Boruto weekends seems to be lowered than The Last; however, because it opened on a Friday, unlike Saturday with The Last, it could be higher because of it. So read the fine print when the news breaks tomorrow on the sales because Boruto has an extra day to collect more money. That said the overall outcome is still hard to determine, whether it would be higher, lower, or about the same as The Last.

Kishimoto knows by now that only the fans that still likes the series and the fans who likes the cliche things are his best chance for succeeding with the Gaiden and this movie. That's why we see the youngest having the same abilities and similar moments as the oldest.

I gotta ask these two villains goal is to revive kaguya right? Now Naruto when he was sixteen/seventeen was able to fight kaguya on his own and was able to hold her off for quite awhile when obtio and Sakura were finding sasuke and even after that he was the main one fighting her. So at age sixteen/seventeen he is able to match and hold off a goddess and the creator of chakra...but in his thirties he is owned by an uchiha rip off and two nobodies that want to revive kaguya for some reason who were beaten by his twelve year old son(who had to cheat in order to pass his exams)? Does that make sense? Shouldn't he be stronger than he was a seventeen? Or at least if not stronger have the experience to make up for any falling strength (like the third did against orochimaru)?

They want to create the "LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING NEXT GENERATION CHILD JOURNEY" feelings. The way hima knock out naruto in just one hit, lol naruto miss his inauguration just because 1 kittening punch from his 10 years old daughter??, Boruto defeat the villain that kidnap naruto ... that naruto is powerless againts that villain but his son is the one that defeat them??. WOW the next generation got a lot of potential !!!!! im really looking forward on seeing their adventure in the next spin off.

 

This is what SP and Kishi wants to create among his fans. In the eyes of NH and SS fans they don't care naruto out cold because his little daughter punch him, unlike us that think 'Lol naruto the guy who fought shinobi goddess lose to 10 years old child?? what a kittening terrible writer', the NH fans see it as a 'Wow hima at that young age able to use byakugan and knock out naruto!? Boruto rescue naruto and defeat descendant of kaguya!? what a great potential'.

 

We all know the kids is suck, they don't sell, they are ugly so SP and Kishi need to give them BIG moment to shine.

Sakura hitting Naruto as comic relief is considered domestic abuse by NH/SS fans. I wonder how will they react when Mophead nearly killed Naruto by trying to kill Bolt. And then went all crepy serial killer on Bolt!

He just opened the lid and freed her and her brother. I dont recall it being difficult to open.

If the cloud kid is her and Darui's son, then why does he look like Killer Bee?

I wish Kishi had shown Sakura growing out of loving Sasuke, since she was really changing a lot. I know for my fanfic, I am gonna be doing that; showing how she realizes Sasuke is toxic for her, since he is the kind of person early on who doesn't want to be "saved" or "helped", just because of his jealousy and anger, as well as a good tinge of fear.

Yeah, but Naruto's should have been the last generation we followed, because Naruto was supposed to find peace. But since Boruto's generation are still being trained to be ninjas, that means peace is at most temporary or nonexistent.

Naruto was about this generation not the next one.

We saw that the previous generations screwed up and now it came to Naruto's generation to finally makes things better.

Creating a new generation does not fix the problem. What it actually does is introduce another one. Because effectively what he/they said is that every generation will screw up and there will never be any for of a fix/repair.

 

It's up to the next generation and after it's up to the next generation and then it's up to the next generation and then it's up to the next generation and on and on until the end of time.

By introducing this current generation he/they didn't fix the problem. He/they just made another one that will go on forever.
