call me crazy, but i think kishi will show his true colors in the last movie, just like he did in rtn. sure, the last may be how nh becomes canon, but i think it'll have tons of ns moments. remember when he said what he couldn't do in the manga he'll do in the movie? i think this same thing applies. plus, you also have to consider the fact that this movie was in production way before the ending of the manga. and also, sakura is listed as the second main character in the movie, and there are the pictures of naruto and sakura posed together.

 

You know what? I was thinking along those same lines, Luffy. The disappointment masked in Kishi's statement with this chapter is so apparent to everyone here. He must have originally intended to resolve the pairings, tie up loose ends, and explore the aftermath of the war and the epilogue in greater depth before careening the manga into this wreck of a conclusion that was given to us. 

 

The Last is intended to explore the untold stories in-between time periods when the chosen pairings of the current ending came together. We read what the caption underneath Sakura's sketch, yes? Pierrot and Kishi are creating an image of romantic expectation and tension to increase demand for the movie. While we may already have confirmation of who ends up with who in the manga, the movie is a beast of its own nature. The powers that be have clearly not abandoned the premise of Naruto having an attraction for Sakura if they acknowledged his feelings with these concept sketches. It adds credence to the possibility of NS receiving at least a nod from Kishi - which is more than any of us can say for the manga.

So this is how makes us understand Obito. Look at us, wishing it was all genjutsu. Looks like we once again misinterpreted and Obito is the real main character.

I think we all know that Obito is better now, so who still hates him well none of us really which is how it should be, but hey lets think of it like this Obito should have won. And you know what I wish that he did win.

the last will be 1 giant middle finger from kishi, just because they forced his hand in the manga. he's going to have the last laugh for the years of development that went down the drain. does anyone honestly believe that naruto and sakura will barely have any interaction at all just like in this chapter? and also, notice how much info is packed in the databook, you think that was made in a day? no. when kishi made that he stated that naruto is in love with sakura.
