Our translators here have said that the story is meant to take place before the epilogue that will be released in a week. It's not a side story, it's manga canon.

 

Oh no, when I said side story I didn't mean filler, I meant as an story that happens before the epilogue but still isn't the true ending of the series.

I think Hinata just said something that surprised Naruto. If it really ends with narusaku, Naruto will still need to reject Hinata. He can't lead her on forever.

There's difference between fillers and something that Kishimoto writes. This is common romantic scene where someone looks at other character like that, Hinata is totally taking Sakura's role, telling villain "I won't let you destroy this world" and getting all the glory in posters,selling,movie trailers. Denying this any further makes me feel delusional, so I give up. I believed in NS before I saw that scene, too much evidence for nh, even if manga doesn't support it he can take any crap out of his ass. I'm so done, I was never so done with any manga

Take a deep breath before you give up, take some time off to collect yourself. Sakura isn't being shown for a reason. The only thing that has been prevalent in these trailers is Hinata, she even outshines the MC. It's just promotion, don't worry so much. At least wait till next week before you give up.

What if Naruto just overcome his love for Sakura and start having a crush for Hinata?

It's not impossible, you don't love only one person in your life... Sakura has to pass through the same thing if she is destined to be with Naruto. She have to forget about Sasuke first...

 

But well, I just think Hinata is Naruto's new pair for this movie. In the past movies, he was always with a new girl. In the RTN it was Sakura. Now Hinata finally gets her chance. It's kinda deserved if you ask me...

 

And I'm really doubting that NARUTO will end with this movie.

I think it says something that NH fans are more worried about their love being canon than well written, or believable, or not a complete asspull.  

 

Even The Last Airbender, a series that threw in its romantic elements as a sort of last second thought when suddenly it got a ton of attention, at least tried to properly develop it.  And the characters involved were in fact, three dimensionally written and had an existence outside of being a love interest.  Does Hinata have any sort of development outside of stalking Naruto?

 

NH fans can scream canon till the cows come home, but no amount of canon is going to make me buy their relationship unless The Last, if that is the direction they go, is a love story on the level of freaking Titanic.  And given how small scale the plot seems, it's doubtful.

meh...while that may be true, there's evidence to support the idea of sakura moving on but for naruto not really. The absence of him asking sakura out on dates is also not good enough to show that possibility.

Hinata is a filler queen.Of course she will say things what a heroine says in a filler movie.Sorry but I can't take this movie as canon.It is so forced.Really,they tried to make a love triangle out of nowhere.

NH was never a big deal in manga.It's not in T7 love triangle.But they know SS is dead they use NH and Hinata.

And don't forget SP made it.

That's what I'm talking about.  It goes way beyond ship preferences.  It is bad writing, period.  It's pandering, and when you think about it, a bittersweet, if not outright tragic ending for our hero.

I am still scared that Hinata is going to have a bigger role than Sakura. But I am just going to wait and see. 

 

Going from the line up, Sakura is next to Naruto and Hinata is next to her. So I think Sakura will have the bigger role, based on line up.

On more important matter! In the info we got. It says, the new enemy attacks Konoha and easily deafeats Naruto and ko. How is this posible? Naruto was slightly below Kaguya (The god of chakra). And if Kishi had Naruto use full power all the time, instead only in dramatic moments (deflecting 5 BD, riping Kaguya's arm). He would probably be Kaguya's equal power wise. So how can someone easily deafeat Naruto?

Lol! Currently at least 90% of NH fandom is celabrating and mocking us! I can't wait for the nexy week to have NS canon. So I can laugh!
